將酒店住宿定位在南武當山，似乎能符合高水準、乾淨衞生和近距離感受當地風土人情的，有且衹有“星作”這一家了。前台姑娘熱情好客，有求必應；民宿老總親切接待，貼心安排；更巧遇了超美味的殺豬宴。這裏的住宿條件，絲毫不遜色於過往的大牌酒店或民宿，空間很大，滿滿的體驗感。早餐大分量，味道更沒得説，就是樸實但老有誠意了那種。最超乎認知的是，這裏工作人員的淳樸和熱情。民宿餐館的菜（我們點了釀豆腐，小炒魚，韭菜炒雞蛋和炒青菜）特別好吃之外，份量大，工作人員在最後一道菜已經做好且端過來的情況下，主動要求幫我們退掉，還安慰説，正好可以作為他們員工餐。酒店周邊就是客家村落，住在這裏，隨便溜達溜達，我已經不太有興趣去看那些歷史圍屋景點了，這裏才是更鮮活的客家文化場所……待到春天，周邊會是漫山遍野的桃花，特別值得再來體驗。
