Came here after reading the reviews. I was very surprised when I arrived at the hotel. I can enjoy star-level service for more than 200 yuan. If I have something else, I can stay a few more days! Love it! I will recommend the hotel to my friends after leaving! Especially the breakfast is very rich! I can't eat much, but it feels good!

I had a truly fantastic stay that exceeded all my expectations. The service, from check-in to check-out, was absolutely delightful. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, and housekeeping was very thorough. Whenever an issue arose, the staff were quick to assist. The hotel itself boasts an elegant and grand design, with public areas meticulously maintained. My room was bright, clean, and tidy, creating a quiet and comfortable living space. I really appreciated the large, well-signposted parking lot with plenty of spaces, making parking a breeze – a huge plus for anyone traveling by car. The biggest surprise was the breakfast buffet; it offered a wide variety of dishes catering to both northern and southern palates. Hot food was constantly replenished, and the ingredients were fresh. Whether it was the congee and pastries or the live cooking stations, everything was excellent. A hearty breakfast truly sets you up for a great day. Overall, it's fantastic value for money and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip.

The level of satisfaction completely exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, and for a budget hotel, the service and facilities were excellent and professional. It was the most satisfying pet-friendly hotel we encountered during our ten-plus days in Chengdu. Service details: Shortly after check-in, a staff member knocked on the door with a cart to deliver dessert and soup – a delightful surprise! The breakfast was also quite good. Besides the popular Lao Dong's Chrysanthemum Rice Noodles restaurant about 800-900 meters away, there are many snack and late-night dining options near the hotel. Although we were only passing through Mengzi, this hotel has made us plan to stay again in the future. Tip: Rice noodle shops in Mengzi close after noon and open around 6 or 7 am. Also, locals say that the most authentic version is actually Liuxiang Crossing-the-Bridge Rice Noodles.

Luckily, my room number was 520. My partner was visiting me from Guangxi, and the hotel's environment, service, and price were all excellent. The hotel receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. A highlight was the comfortable recliner next to the bed. Besides air conditioning, there was also a humidifier, which was a thoughtful touch given the dry weather in Yunnan. It's about one kilometer from the Nanhu Hui commercial area. Breakfast is just across the street, about 200 meters away; it's chrysanthemum rice noodles, which are delicious, but the queue is always very long. There's also a restaurant nearby called Guan Lao Da, which is also very good—they cook rice noodles in unique small pots. My partner and I hadn't seen each other for a year, and I'm so grateful for the wonderful experience this hotel provided during our short three days together.

We booked two rooms, which were fairly spacious. The double room faced the street and was a bit noisy at night, while the king-size room was at the back and relatively quiet. It's a newly opened hotel, so the facilities and equipment are excellent; everything is brand new. The front desk service was very welcoming, and the security guards were attentive and responsible. There are restaurants and snack shops nearby, making it very convenient.

這次入住體驗真的超出預期！房間收拾得特別乾淨，沒有異味，床品柔軟舒服，晚上睡得很踏實。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品齊全。房間採光很好，通風也不錯，前台服務態度温和，辦理入住退房都很順暢。位置也方便，出行吃飯都便利，性價比很高，下次過來還會選擇這家。

每次出行大多數優選入住維也納酒店，這次也不例外，前台服務員熱情有禮貌，有問必答。並給我們送早餐券。酒店房間很大，設施齊全。酒店對面街道不遠就有很多飯店，可供選擇吃飯的地方很多。酒店早餐品種不算多，但食品新鮮品，也足夠吃，米線做得特別好吃。維一欠缺點是，酒店可能有些年份了，房間的一些設施略顯陳舊（比如洗手枱）但好在乾淨衞生。必須好評！

The room was very new and seemed quite spacious. The only downside was the three steps leading up to the entrance; it's easy to trip and fall if you're not careful. I'm not sure if this is the case for our room (we stayed on the first floor) or for all rooms. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was enormous. We had rice noodles for breakfast at the noodle shop next door, and the bowls were bigger than our faces! Haha.

I booked two Superior King Rooms at Xile Hotel during my business trip, and the overall experience was good. The room featured a 100-inch 4K giant screen projector with iQiyi VIP access, providing a great relaxation experience. The room layout was reasonable, the cleanliness was excellent, and the facilities were quite complete. Ms. Yang at the front desk deserves praise for her service. She was attentive and responsible during check-in and answered inquiries, handling procedures efficiently and patiently, making my trip very convenient. The hotel had good soundproofing; even during the 2026 New Year's Eve celebrations, the noise from firecrackers didn't disturb my rest, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel is located on Xingsheng Road, Wenlan Street, adjacent to the Honghe Prefecture Government. The surrounding area has complete amenities such as restaurants and convenience stores, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel offers free parking, 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage services, which are very practical for business travelers. It was a good stay overall.

The hotel is in a good location, just over one kilometer away from the administrative center and Nanhu Park, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk. The parking lot is large and convenient for parking. The room is large, fully equipped, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, which is convenient to use. The service is warm and thoughtful. The cross-bridge rice noodles for breakfast are delicious!
