The hotel's service really exceeded my expectations! From check-in to check-out, every staff member was very friendly and professional. The hotel is relatively new and popular in the local area. The bedding in the room is clean, the pillows are comfortable, and there are smart curtains. But the bath water is so small that it is not running water, but the state of running oil, there is almost no way to take a bath. The kettle is still bad, and the power will not be automatically cut off when it is boiled, resulting in half of the water overflowing. Finally, breakfast was gone after 9 o'clock, and almost no eggs could be eaten.

The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was good. The service was exceptionally great, very sweet. What left a particularly deep impression was the laundry service; after washing and drying, they neatly packed the clothes from the laundry and delivered them to the room.

Worried that we, as seniors, might not sleep well, they thoughtfully arranged a quiet room further inside for us. The room itself was very clean and brightly lit everywhere, with warm lighting. The oxygen supply seemed to be on all night, as we slept very comfortably without any feeling of oxygen deprivation. When we left the next morning, they even gave us a few extra bottles of branded mineral water. Oh, and they also helped us wash several baskets of clothes, diligently drying them for us. We were able to just pick them up from the front desk when checking out the next morning. It was so thoughtful and convenient, offering great value for money.

We originally booked another hotel, but due to a temporary water tank malfunction, Trip.com helped us switch to this one. Room Type: Standard rooms are on the second floor, while the 'Starlight' rooms are on the third. The third floor actually seems to be a makeshift addition, built on top of the original two-story building. You can tell a lot of thought went into the third-floor design; it features a spacious central garden, public seating, and even a billiard room. However, as soon as you step out of the elevator on the third floor, there's a strong 'bathhouse' smell, which also permeates the rooms. The floor in the rooms on this level also felt a bit uneven. So, we requested to switch to a king room on the second floor. Although it was a downgrade in terms of room category, we actually found the experience more akin to a typical hotel. Facilities & Services: The curtains were ineffective at blocking light; strong light still leaked in during the mornings due to a noticeable gap at the top. The online description mentioned 24-hour oxygen supply, but when we woke up around 9 AM, we found the oxygen supply had stopped. The front desk informed us that oxygen is only provided until 10 AM. Breakfast hours are also quite early, ending at 9:30 AM (it doesn't get dark until around 9 PM in Tibet, so there's a time difference that East Coast tourists need to adjust to). Other: The lobby on the first floor has massage chairs and a coffee machine. The restaurant offers mini hot pots, which are quite affordable (10 yuan for the soup base, 15 yuan for a small portion of meat, and free drinks).

Not bad location facilities are OK, just on the side of the road but not very noisy, the hotel has charging piles, the parking lot is large. I slept in ** County for one night before and had a nosebleed in the morning. I strongly recommend their home. It is clean and tidy, oxygen is strong, the front desk brother is responsive, and I go down to the north line and live in their home.
