The hotel's service really exceeded my expectations! From check-in to check-out, every staff member was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the bed was comfortable, which provided a very good sleep quality. In addition, the hotel also provided a rich breakfast selection, which was really hearty! Most importantly, the hotel's parking was very convenient and it was also convenient for travel. In short, I was very satisfied with this stay and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is relatively new and popular in the local area. The bedding in the room is clean, the pillows are comfortable, and there are smart curtains. But the bath water is so small that it is not running water, but the state of running oil, there is almost no way to take a bath. The kettle is still bad, and the power will not be automatically cut off when it is boiled, resulting in half of the water overflowing. Finally, breakfast was gone after 9 o'clock, and almost no eggs could be eaten.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time! As soon as I entered the room, I noticed how clean it was – no corners missed in the bathroom or on the floors. The towels and bedding felt freshly sanitized. The front desk staff were very friendly and checked me in quickly. They were also prompt in responding to any issues, addressing them immediately. The room had great natural light, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a completely undisturbed night's sleep. The oxygen diffuser was also a huge plus; I didn't feel any effects of the high altitude at all. This place offers incredible value for money, definitely a big thumbs up! 👍👍👍

This was my first trip to Tibet, driving along National Highway 317 with beautiful scenery all the way. As we passed through Nagqu, Tibet, I was constantly looking for a hotel and finally chose the City Comfort Inn Nagqu Sog County branch. The most pleasant surprise was the fully equipped room, especially the oxygen concentrator, which was incredibly helpful for us first-timers at high altitude. We didn't have to wait for the hotel to provide oxygen; the concentrator was free-mode and came at no extra charge, offering 24-hour free oxygen. The front desk even helped us set it up. The room amenities were complete, with a kettle and tea bags readily available. There were plenty of hangers, making it convenient to dry clothes. The lobby on the first floor also had free washing machines and dryers. If we were in a hurry at night, the front desk ladies even helped dry our clothes and placed them on a rack. They also mentioned that a robot could deliver items, and for convenience, there was smart central control, allowing us to operate room devices with voice commands. Opening the window revealed expansive high-altitude mountain views, and it was close to Zandan Monastery in the small county, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The room sanitation was excellent, and the facilities were comprehensive. To have such a good accommodation experience in a small county like Sog is truly remarkable and highly recommended!

The front desk service attitude is very good, the room is very clean, it should be the only one in the surrounding area that is newly decorated, there is no odor in the room. You can also wash clothes, very satisfied.

We originally booked another hotel, but due to a temporary water tank malfunction, Trip.com helped us switch to this one. Room Type: Standard rooms are on the second floor, while the 'Starlight' rooms are on the third. The third floor actually seems to be a makeshift addition, built on top of the original two-story building. You can tell a lot of thought went into the third-floor design; it features a spacious central garden, public seating, and even a billiard room. However, as soon as you step out of the elevator on the third floor, there's a strong 'bathhouse' smell, which also permeates the rooms. The floor in the rooms on this level also felt a bit uneven. So, we requested to switch to a king room on the second floor. Although it was a downgrade in terms of room category, we actually found the experience more akin to a typical hotel. Facilities & Services: The curtains were ineffective at blocking light; strong light still leaked in during the mornings due to a noticeable gap at the top. The online description mentioned 24-hour oxygen supply, but when we woke up around 9 AM, we found the oxygen supply had stopped. The front desk informed us that oxygen is only provided until 10 AM. Breakfast hours are also quite early, ending at 9:30 AM (it doesn't get dark until around 9 PM in Tibet, so there's a time difference that East Coast tourists need to adjust to). Other: The lobby on the first floor has massage chairs and a coffee machine. The restaurant offers mini hot pots, which are quite affordable (10 yuan for the soup base, 15 yuan for a small portion of meat, and free drinks).

This was my third stay in Suoxian County. This time, I chose the Suoxian Tagade Hotel, which was clean, had convenient parking, and provided oxygen, which was perfect for relieving the discomfort of altitude sickness during high-altitude travel. Breakfast was included. Although there were a few minor issues during check-in, they were resolved quickly, and the service was attentive to guest needs. Highly recommended.

The room was very clean. The front desk also upgraded the room type in the off-season. I was not disappointed with the oxygen. The front desk explained that I had to snort. I didn’t feel uncomfortable all night after snort. I was in a good mood after getting up. I returned to Lhasa smoothly. I highly recommend this store.
