The hotel is a newly opened hotel in 2024, just in the Ruili Ancient City complex, about five kilometers away from the main city, our four friends drive by themselves, so booking is convenient and fast! There are three Yunnan chain places to eat in the complex, Dehongfu eats peacock banquet, Grandma tastes Yunnan cuisine, and there is a fungus hot pot, so eating is very convenient! The hotel is clean and hygienic, there is coffee and bar on the first floor, the room has hot springs, very satisfied with a reservation!

The older, well-established hotels are installing elevators. The waiters were very attentive and helped with luggage. The room facilities are very simple, but they are indeed solid wood furniture, and the shampoo and shower gel are all genuine household versions in large bottles. There is a washing machine on the terrace for self-service laundry. Since the clothes were not dry, we didn't check out until the afternoon after we returned from playing. The waiter was very polite. Breakfast is the more authentic Cross Bridge Rice Noodles.

It was my first time in Ruili, and I struggled a long time with booking a hotel before departure. I chose Caiji Hotel, and I was not disappointed. From the receptionist to the hotel facilities, from the service to the hardware, I am very satisfied. I would like to praise the handsome guy at the front desk, forget I just asked for my name. I left Ruili and arrived in Mangshi, only to realize that I had forgotten something. I contacted the handsome guy at the front desk. He was very active in helping me connect with the car to Mangshi and deliver it to me. I feel very heartwarming. Thanks for this!

We stayed in the 10-story deluxe standard room, clean and tidy, very spacious and bright, warm service, the room is on the road, slightly noisy, sleep light will affect, KTV and hot spring baths are in the same building, breakfast can be good, close to the attractions, drive more than 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the location is very inconvenient for eating and shopping! There is also a laundry room that really has to complain. Such a big hotel has a washing machine! We stayed for two nights and came back to wash our clothes every day. We could not line up after 12 o'clock. It was really not good to go out and go to bed early. The hotel bathtub is good. Can you soak in the hot springs? Is it more assured if you have a bottle of disinfectant? There are also paper towels, floor towels and toilet pads for the second night. It’s too careless.

Eating is convenient. There is a Thai restaurant downstairs, Jimmy Curry opened by Burmese, Chaoshan Beef, Wild Mushroom Hot Pot, Yunnan Beef Hot Pot, etc.
The breakfast is also worth mentioning. The rice noodles are full of color and fragrance, the side dishes are delicious, and the desserts are exquisite and delicious.
