We stayed at this hotel which is inside the ancient town. Also there’s free pick up from the railway station. Owner is very nice and we received a fruit and candy welcome gift and also a hair pin from the minority ethnic from the owner and it is very pretty. The hotel has such lovely view and it’s near the bridge and you can explore the ancient town and have a very chill day and night. The view is so much prettier at night. Bed is comfy. Everything is nice.

The boss and the proprietress are so enthusiastic! After arriving, I was afraid that my mother and I were not familiar with it, so I took us around! The homestay also prepared a battery car for free for us to ride 😍 We live in the city so much like the feeling of riding a battery car and walking around the ancient city around the village! It's too comfortable! ! Then I was afraid that we didn't know how to go home and reminded us that we can always give them a WeChat video at any time. Anything is answered one by one. After returning to the room, I also sent a bunch of fruits and snacks! Even when we checked out, we didn't forget to stuff fruit for my mother! My mother and I lived so happily. I immediately recommended it to relatives and friends who were going to the border city. ～ My friend heard that I immediately asked for the boss's WeChat! ! I originally wanted to continue for another night, because the itinerary needs to be rushed, so I still leave a regret. Come again next time! ! If there are 100 points, I will give 100% to the boss and the boss wife 🥰🥰🥰

Located in a small alley, you’ll need to walk down some steps to get to this alley from 豹子灣 (Baoziwan Jetty). The hotel is in the quiet corner of FengHuang Old Town, the popular nightspots and pubs on the other end of the river. Our room is on the 4th floor (entrance and reception are located on the 2nd floor, bizarre) overlooking the river, giving magnificent views during the entire stay. Room is small, but comes equipped with a powerful air conditioning. Bathroom is a bit tricky as it is a step up, and the drainage is not very efficient, if you have the shower running for some time, there’s risk of water overflowing into the room.

The room is very clean and comfortable with good scenery and view.  The owner and staffs are very kind to us even we cannot speak Chinese. They tried helping and gave suggestion. The location is also good. It's close to many spots. The owner call Taxi for us and facilitate everything well on the day we left. She also provided ginger sugar as souvenir. I highly recommend this accommodation to the visitors who are planning to visit Fenghuang old town.

First of all, this was the most charming room I've ever stayed. The bed was very comfortable, the view was amazing, and the overall atmosphere of the room, with wooden details and complete tea set made me wish I could stay more days at this inn. The staff was also extremely helpful: they helped us arrange transport to and from the train station, gave us tips for visiting the scenic area, and even lent us traditional clothing for some photos. The town of Furong is small and lovely, perfect for a getaway of a few days. Even after visiting the scenic area (for which the hotel staff got us discount tickets), we still enjoyed a lot just staying at the hotel room, drinking tea and watching the scenery. I'm already looking forward to staying there again!

Traveled in December, it was nice for us as there wasn’t a lot of people. Really easy to communicate with them through Wechat. They got us a car for train station pick up and drop off. Upon arriving, someone came out to get us. It’s a flight of stairs down first (they offer to help with luggage) but would say to pack light because we were struggling. It’s a couple minutes walk to the place, I believe they have two, so depends which one they bring you to? We got the connecting rooms via balcony. It was nice because it was two rooms and each room had its own bathroom. We were able to see the water bridge (I believe) right outside the balcony which was nice. Good thing we were just on the first floor so with our luggages, stairs wasn’t too bad. Since it was not peak season, even with the bar nearby, it was not too loud for us at night. There’s some restaurants and photoshoot shops nearby as well. We did the photoshoot store right next to this stay and it was just ok for reference, feel like you can get cheaper elsewhere. Everything was pretty clean but there were some issues. Since it was December, it was cold. And when we first arrived, there was no hot water (just all freezing cold water). They said water heater was just cleaned or something when I asked. They said hot water should be back at night but our water when we showered wasn’t too promising. And then the heater was barely warming up the room so we were basically freezing. We took out all our jackets and all and we were still cold. Our room door to the balcony window was also broken which I was frustrated at first since it was cold, no hot water, heater not working, cold air blowing in. They eventually fixed it and I did appreciate the lady giving us portable heaters for the room to use. Overall, I think it’s not a bad place.

New and clean accommodation, The location of the accommodation is not on the river but near the river. Add a little money and you can choose a room with a river view. It is near Nanhua Bridge, so there is no noise from the pubs at night. When you arrive at Fenghuang Station, the accommodation will let you pick up a Maglav ticket, sit and enjoy the view, go to the station near the accommodation and let the car pick you up, help you carry your luggage. Importantly, the accommodation has free local costumes, you can change into them for walking around or taking pictures without any conditions. Before leaving, they also gave us snacks, helped us carry our luggage to the taxi.

Very big room, staff so friendly they help us book tour to miao village and have free for Chinese costumes only pay for photographer. Room same as picture in trip, I got room on 4th floor no elevator. Sound from restaurants around hotel too noisy until 23:30 then it quite time still can accept. Recommended this room for nice view.

The room is located in the core area of ​​the ancient city, with complete facilities and cleanliness. The night view of the water curtain movie is very beautiful at night. The boss is very enthusiastic. He gave us a hand-drawn map and made a guide for us to visit the ancient city. The recommended night tour was also very beautiful. The evening party was also very good, and buying tickets from the boss is cheaper than online. Recommended, recommended, recommended!

The room was absolutely amazing – one of the best we've experienced in China! It was very clean and spacious, with high-tech Japanese-style toilets that added a luxurious touch. The staff deserves a perfect 10/10! When we arrived, my wife wasn't feeling well, and they kindly allowed us early check-in. They even prepared a fresh juice for her to help her feel better. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner with a stunning view of the waterfall. To top it off, they arranged a ride for us to the train station. Outstanding service in every way – highly recommended!
