Alko Integrado is an amazing hotel in a prime location. The service was exceptional, and everyone—from the front desk staff to the restaurant team and housekeeping—made me feel truly welcome.

This hotel is very pleasantly surprised. The exterior looks like a small castle. The interior is retro and elegant, with winding paths leading to secluded places. There are security guards at the door to help you take your luggage to the room. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly. It's a pity that the time I stayed was too short. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

GGuest UserPersonal was not friendly. Only give two towels. We were 3 person in the room. I always asking for extra towel.
As a question they don’t know anything. I try to cancel first day. I didn’t like how ungrateful personal. I couldn’t cancel it .
