"We stayed at the hotel for two nights because of its location, walking distance or free shuttle bus to Mont Saint-Michel; the room was clean and adequate, the only set back was no lift to the second floor where we were staying, luckily, we got our son to carry the luggage for us, there were plenty of few restaurants and shops near the hotel Gabriel and other hotels.
It was a good place to stay if you want to explore the area properly."

"I traveled to Mont Saint-Michel alone and found this hotel to stay in a nearby town. Because I arrived at midnight, the hotel door was closed. After knocking on the door for ten minutes, the store owner finally opened the door, avoiding sleeping on the street. Although it was midnight, the store owner still enthusiastically helped with the luggage, which I give a thumbs up. The room was still very clean. Because I had to rush to Mont Saint-Michel early the next morning, I didn't feel the hotel well."

"The hotel in the scenic area, there are not many choices, relatively simple, other feelings can not ask too much. The room was small, the blackout curtain was broken, and the place where the sunrise was more than 6 o'clock. The mentality was still a bit broken. Fortunately, I stayed for one night and the room was facing west. Because of self-driving check-in, Ctrip reminded the hotel to contact the hotel 2 days in advance to obtain the parking code, and called 2 days in advance. The hotel refused, saying that it was given within 24 hours of check-in."

The location is very good in 1.2 minutes walk from the entrance.
On this trip, I had to leave this hotel at AM6 and I had a very good response.

The receptionist felt a little old, but the room was clean and there was no place to feel dissatisfied.
Because it was early in the morning, it was not possible to see the morning tan of Mont Saint Michel, but it was possible to enjoy the quiet cityscape at night.
Recommended hotel if you are considering it in the future."

"This place is in a really good location and easy to find. Travel light though as there are no lifts and narrow staircases to carry your luggage. As most old places in Europe there is no air conditioning, so be prepared. You needed to step over the bath to shower so take that into consideration too. Our room was clean and had a small refrigerator, bonus in Europe. The restaurant has a good menu and drink selection. English is spoken, if required. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

GGuest UserThe hotel was located next to the harbour, the room was very clean and had fridge, tea and coffee facilities.
Breakfast was a continental buffet with a variety of cheese, meats, bread, fruit, and cereals. A short walk from the hotel is a large selection of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants.
This hotel offers excellent value for money along with an excellent location to explore Cherbourg.

FFlo DELIGNYWe booked for one night. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Spotless room. Quiet hotel close to Mont St Michel (20km). In view of the previous comments read, I would like to say that the room is of a completely respectable size (identical size to many other hotels). Concerning the evening meal, we unfortunately were not able to eat there as it was full. So a piece of advice, call before your arrival to book. We ate in the town of Ducey at the creperie which was very good. There are several restaurants in Ducey. Hearty breakfast with fresh products such as homemade yogurts.

GGuest UserThe hotel is well located at the entrance to the city of Mont Saint-Michel, but don't expect to see a surprising view of either the bay or the abbey. There are the roofs of the buildings that surround it that block the view.
The room is quite spacious and well appointed. The bathroom has a corner bath, but no window. The beds and furniture are clean, but I was unpleasantly surprised to see the state of the window sills and frames blackened with dirt. I wanted to put my phone there to make a video of the sunrise but I was quickly challenged by the state of the windows.
The hotel does not have an elevator and the stairs are quite narrow. Therefore, not suitable for the elderly or people with reduced mobility.
There was enough choice for breakfast and the girl who served us was very nice. There were just some products (pain au chocolat, for example) that were not replenished. It was not yet the end of the service, however.
We wanted to eat at the restaurant but the reservation is full. Surprisingly, passing there at the start and middle of service, a lot of tables are empty but we were refused access and sent to the restaurant of the nearby inn.

KKANDAI think it's a room like a Japanese business hotel, so I like it, but it was clean and I was satisfied.
The only disappointment was that the reception, breakfast restaurant and rooms were all in separate buildings and had to walk a little. And the building with the room is very hard to understand. I was explained in English but I couldn't understand. At the time of my check-in, another customer (French) was just trying to check in, and he said, `` Because we are checking in now, let's go to the room building '', so we went together Was. I was able to go to the room immediately because they were there, but if I were alone, I might not have been able to get to the room.
I had such a serious thought, but the room was beautiful and there was no problem after check-in. Except that the shower water pressure was weak.
We stayed at the island of Mont-Saint-Michel cheaply and were quite satisfied.
Finally, the location of the reception is just up the stairs in front of the famous omelet store (pictured).
