Centrally located in the beautiful Victorian town of Pitlochry in the Perthshire Highlands; a warm welcome awaits at The Scotlands Spa Hotel where you will enjoy first hand the traditional hospitality which has made Pitlochry a desirable destination for more than a century. Easily accessible from the A9; only 1 hour from Edinburgh and almost 90 minutes from Glasgow; whether on business or pleasure - we are sure that you will leave having experienced a homely stay in what many people view as the true heart of Pitlochry
"My partner and I had a lovely stay at the Spa Hotel, and it was perfect for what we needed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and having arrived early, it was a bonus that our room was actually ready a few hours before check-in! The location of the hotel is great - just a few minutes walk from the main street with cafes, shops, pubs etc. Breakfast was great (especially the haggis!) and there was a great selection available. Unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy the Spa facilities on this occasion, but hope to use them another time."

Excellent stay, warm welcome in this luxury boutique hotel. Chef level diner and breakfast, tasting the authentic ingrediënts. Fun fact: the bell in the Alice in Wonderlanfld book, the candy table at the first floor with the home made salted caramel popcorn.
A lovely stay with an upgrade to a cottage, all quickly and efficiently arranged. This was a trip in honour of an annual expedition for my late wife Caroline and I to the Pitlochry area for autumn. Caroline always wanted to stay in the lovely cottages so it was fate and her sparkle that helped with the upgrade.
Food is incredible and a wide selection of choices along with fantastic, friendly service and drinks. Very good to eat and sit by the river in warmer times. Terrific breakfast too.
The cottage was spacious and kept warm. Very comfy. They are not new so you must allow for some quirky spaces and layouts. It was lovely to have that space to relax.
Port Na Craig is a 10/15m walk from the town over the suspension bridge or the dam. It's a beautiful walk but be careful near water. Pitlochry is a beautiful town that Caroline and I have enjoyed for years and I'll continue to honour her by visiting. Thanks to the Port Na Craig team for making me so welcome and for the prosecco for toasting Caroline. Much appreciated.
