3-Star Hotels in Coblong

The place was well maintained and clean, however due to nature of the place design it was not like proper hotel, we feel like staying in someone house, during the visit we had only few guest / room occupied , we experienced the not soo good experience where we met with seems like the owner (lady) and shouted multiple times to the employee where we can hear it clearly and made the situation really awkward and she roaming around the place make us feel uncomfortable to do the outdoor activities as she always seems monitoring of our movements. On top of it the lack of clarity on the pool policy for visitors, they charged quite expensive for our visitors (not staying in the hotel) to swim where we cannot find these pricing anywhere in the beginning, and was informed earlier by the receptionist for visitors if only kids are allowed to swim without any charges.

It's really good for staycation, the air is also cold, which is good for people who like cool atmosphere

Honestly, getting room 618 was quite a struggle, and I got help from 'someone' to check in during Eid al-Fitr holiday, Day 5. I negotiated for a 1:30 PM check-in, but felt bad and arrived at 2:30 PM, only to find the single bed still not ready. So, I ended up checking in at 3 PM as per SOP, according to the grumpy receptionist. SOP, whatever. Initially, the service was frustrating and made me regret my choice. The TV only had local channels, and they weren't clean. There's a cash deposit of IDR 100k. The shower water at night was full hot, no regular temperature. Then in the morning, it was full cold, no hot or warm. No wardrobe or fridge either.

The place was nice but the window was right up against a wall and some motorcyclist were racing all night so it was difficult to find quiet in order to sleep. Everything else was fine and service was good so was the location but those motorcyclists riding around and revving the engines were not what I needed after a long day. At least on Sunday the area was apart of the no motorised vehicles day.

I was booked for Deluxe room. But I don't like it. The room is too humid. I finally upgraded to an executive room. which is quite comfortable. Better you choose the executive room if you want to stay here.

Photos in the app does not reflect the actual location. I would consider a grave misrepresentation of service. Beverages offered on the rooftop restsurant is insufficiently restocked since day 1 till we left on day 3. Operator need improvement.to stay in highly recommended accommodation status.

Everything is ok... the staff are friendly... but from the first check in I asked for a doormat until the check out never arrived 😥... maybe it can be improved again in the future huh?

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and local attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night. The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay. The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing. The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old. In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.
