The best villa I have ever met, probably because there is a privatepool, so it is very comfortable and delicious, the staff is friendly, and when checking out/check in, the setting is fast, the mine turned out to be not soundproof, so even though I entered the room, the sound of the next door was still heard, and there is no hair dryer like iron, even if I borrowed it, it's really good

The villa is really cool, the facilities are okay, the staff are very friendly.. Jos.. Those who bring children will be sure to be happy and you won't want to go home 😅

Its an old hotel that needs some renovation such as the room doors and toilet. But the place is modest, breakfast buffet is great. If one is a transient who has a purpose within UGM campus, this hotel is a good option.

Pertama kali menginap disini. Datang datang siang hari mati lampu. Terkejut sekelas Villa tidak ada Genset. Tamu disuruh menunggu sampai Listrik nyala. Sangat mengecewakan seharusnya di Villa Prepare Genset. Akhirnya Staf memberikan Kompensasi Sarapan 2pax. Kirain sesuai sama yang diberikan saat sarapan ada Buah, Kue ternyata hanya Nasi Kuning & Orange Juice aja. Untuk kebersihannya terjaga, namun di Wastafel Cuci Piring terdapat Flek sangat kotor, tutup air sudah tidak layak begitupun yg di Wastafel Kamar Mandi tutupnya sudah rusak. Minta Free Compliment Towel Art & Greeting Card tidak provide yaa. Tidak bisa juga minta late Check Out, padahal kemaren saya hanya minta sebentar saya late check out menunggu keluarga Sholat Jumat tetep tidak di berikan. Terima kasih untuk pengalaman menginapnya cerita kita villa.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The amenities are very basic, no fridge nor other fancy appliances but hot shower, AC. Towels are not very decent. For budget reasons, you can bring your own towels to stay there.
