We hope you enjoy your time here!   Guests have full access to the entire house, includes: - 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with windows - Bright and airy living room with AC and TV - 1 upstairs bathroom with hot shower - 1 downstairs toilet (no shower) - Functional kitchen with stove, fridge, rice cooker, electric kettle, and diningware - Private backyard garden - On-site parking Total house size: 119 m² This is a fully private house — no shared space with other residents.   Other Things to Note: - Smoking is allowed, except inside the bedrooms - Pets are allowed, but must be communicated in advance before booking (additional charges may apply if there is damage — all terms will be explained prior to reservation) - Quiet hours apply from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM - Guests are expected to self-manage during their stay. Housekeeping, bed arrangement, and trash disposal are the guest's responsibility. We provide enough trash bags for the entire stay.
