3-Star Hotels in Bareilly

I am writing to share my experience during my recent stay at the manor hotel bareilly. While the hotel staff, including the front desk, housekeepers, and bell boys, were hospitable and courteous, there were some concerns that i would like to bring to your attention. The attached bathroom in my bedroom was not maintained hygienically. There were hair in the bathroom, in the shower area. Furthermore, the hot water supply was inconsistent, and it took multiple attempts by the hotel staff to get suitable hot water for bathing. Unfortunately, this process resulted in the wastage of approximately 4 full buckets of water, which was particularly concerning given india's water scarcity issues. As a returning guest to the manor hotel bareilly, i was disappointed to notice that the hotel's overall maintenance and upkeep have deteriorated over the years. Given the excellent reputation of leisure hotels group, i hope that the management will take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to address the general hygiene and maintenance concerns. I appreciate your attention to this matter, and i hope that the hotel will regain its former standards. Thank you. Sincerely, s. A. Shafi

I stayed here 3 times all theree times Cleanliness is good ,Staff is excellent, communicative well behaved workers Good food this hotel offers best value for money option in its surrounding. Recommended..

Food was very delicious and the service was also good. The property name suits it's service which means it's really comfortable to stay in comfort inn

Decent room (small) and a nice bathroom, comfortable stay overall. Some light switches didn't work, and the corridor outside was very noisy (elevator sounds as well as staff fighting with each other. Breakfast is brought in from outside only at 0900, and choices are limited, but the food was decent. For lunch and dinner, there's a restaurant next door that delivers good food straight to the room.

All is very good room is brt clean and neet and check in krne m koi problem nhi hi bathroom very clean

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the diplomat residency hotel, and i must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment i arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel's modern facilities and luxurious rooms were impressive, with attention to detail that showed a commitment to customer satisfaction. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, including a flat-screen tv and minibar, were top-notch. But what truly set diplomat residency apart was the service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether it was helping with luggage, providing recommendations for local attractions, or simply offering a warm smile, they made me feel valued and appreciated. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. The hotel's location was also convenient, within walking distance to public transportation and local attractions. What impressed me most, however, was the hotel's attention to detail. From the fresh flowers in the lobby to the complimentary bottled water in the room, every aspect of the hotel showed a commitment to excellence. Overall, i would highly recommend diplomat residency to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and exceptional hotel experience. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is sure to exceed your expectation.

The property is at a prime location and since it was near our place of work, it suited us best. The interiors were clean and well maintained. Our room was also good with nice lights and cozy bed. The ac worked fine. We were disappointed with the washroom though. The bolt on the inside of the door was broken and we had a bad experience with the wash basin. The water would take atleast 15 minutes to drain. The food was okay. If they could maintain the washrooms also, the hotel is a very nice stay.

Stay is good staff and food is also good but space of the room is not sufficient

The hotel is nearby bareilly international university and rolilkhand medical college which makes it very convenient place to stay.
