Visited the resort with family. The place is nice. Nice view of the lake. Mr Nitin & Mr Kiran were very helpful. Nice accommodation and tasty food. A memorable trip except for a late night private party by few guests with loud music extending beyond midnight which disturbed our sleep and could have been averted by the management as per their policy. Overall a great resort. Will surely visit next time.

Room service is good. Staff members are helpful. Veg restaurant was just beside the hotel. Non- veg restaurant was at a walking distance of 5 mins from hotel. Cab service is 24 hrs available from ola and uber. Hotel room bed size is ok if two persons are there. If you are traveling with your kid, then bed will be small. You can order food from room also. Hotel staff will deliver food to your room.

A very nice ambiance. Quiet and peaceful place. Lush green surrounding. The staff was very cordial. The food was very delicious. Pohe and mug dal bhaji at break fast was very delicious. Swimming pool was very clean and well maintained. There is a dedicated water purification system with RO installed. In all our experience was very pleasant at the property. It's quiet, peaceful yet safe.

I visited the Sai River Resort at Khopoli, last Saturday. Khopoli is a town that is in the outskirts of Navi Mumbai. It's monsoon hotspot for the tourists who'll flock to Khopoli and the other landmark places like Lonavala & Khandala to enjoy the rains and waterfalls. Khopoli during the summers was definitely a bad idea, but when you are in the company of ex colleagues, you care less. We were about a group of 14-15 odd people, all ex colleagues, who planned this trip and ended up booking this resort. The resort is located right on the old Mumbai-Pune Highway, which eases out the stress associated with locating the place. The resort is a big property. There's plenty of rooms and wooden cabins for the guests. I personally felt that for a resort of this size, the parking space could have been bigger, but nonetheless, we could park our cars comfortably. By the time I reached, my friends had already checked in, so did not go through the check-in process. The reception area seemed small and cramped, and entertaining more than 2 guests at a time may seem like a chaos. In the little that I explored, there were 2 types of rooms - the regular rooms and the wooden cottages/cabins. We had booked both. The regular rooms are pretty big in size and can easily accommodate 2 on bed, and 2 on the floor, with extra mattresses. The rooms are clean, the linens were neat, both, the TV & the ACs were functional. But do note that, at this time of the year, it's so hot that you'll have to leave the ACs turned on for quite some time for the rooms to become cooler. Otherwise, when you enter (especially the wooden cabins) you feel like you have entered a furnace - it's that hot. I am certain, this would not be the case during monsoon or during winter. The wooden cabins are a lot smaller in size, but fully functional and is neatly done up. The wooden cabins come with a small sit-out area where you can relax and enjoy some friendly conversation over beer/coffee. That reminds me that there's no in-room refrigerator, if you need a beer, you'll have to call up room service. There's coffee/tea provisions in the room. Food - breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks - are served in their dining area which is closer to the reception area. The restaurant / dining area has two sections - the AC & non-AC. For the money we paid, I think we got a good deal when it came to food. There was the usual stuff - nothing too fancy - but good enough to offer you some variety. For the non vegetarians, the only option available was chicken. Hotels need to be a little more creative with the non-vegetarian menu, especially, if they are serving chicken two times a day. After a while, even the chicken starts to taste like potato. The breakfast spread was also decent and had the usual suspects on the table - poha, bhurji, missal, idli, bread toast... Situated on the banks of the river, far from city's hustle bustle makes it even more beautiful and peaceful. The location of the property and affordability is what made us nature lover travellers more happy and excited about the stay. The team is extremely cooperative and warming. Although the food part can be better. Loved the overall experience at the property. Would highly recommend nature enthusiasts looking for a budgeted stay to try zostel kolad for their stay.

We stayed for two nights and found the place amazing. First, the location is good. It may be slightly away from the alibag centre but that makes the place quiet. If you are coming from the mandwa jetty by the buses run by ferry services then ask them to stop in front of the hotel. Second, the food was not bad. They had a good breakfast buffet. At last, the staff, pool, rooms, and reception are great. Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool was well maintained. The reception allowed us an early check-in and a late check out.

We booked a family room which was good. Hot water was available but TV was not functioning. Breakfast at the hotel had limited variety (egg, poha, upma, bread butter). Bread was not fresh. Food at the hotel was not so good. Housekeeping is not reliable as on the second day when we returned from sight seeing, we observed a small perfume bottle missing that was kept in our handbag. For this reason, will never again go this resort.
