3-Star Hotels in Chikuma

Excellent experience at a traditional ryokan! I gave 4/5 stars for location because there are no particular views (it's right in the middle of the town), but the other features more than compensate for this. All the staff we met were very courteous and professional. Meals were traditional and introduced us to many interesting dishes. Onsens were small but since this hotel only has eight room, they are never crowded. Also the onsens are open through the night which I especially appreciated.

I always use this hotel when I travel on business to Chikuma, Yashiro, and Togura. I also use it when I travel on business around Nagano Station if time permits. It's convenient that check-in is possible even at midnight, and the hot springs are amazing. I generally enjoy the baths not only at night but also in the morning.

Convenient from the station. There is a large bath, but it is not big. If you have a car, the hot spring town is close, so it is recommended to go there.

In addition to the facilities are a bit old, the price is very reasonable
