3-Star Hotels in Tottori City

My two nights here were a perfect escape. The room felt like a retreat into calm. I especially loved the private baths, quiet, serene, and easy to access. What made the stay truly unforgettable was the kindness of the staff. From the afternoon tea with a Japanese sweet served in the room to their constant thoughtfulness and gentle smiles, every detail made me feel welcomed and cared for. My stay here will remain one of the most memorable parts of my time in Japan.

This is a special hot spring hotel. We liked the wooden furniture can smell the original smell of wood. The breakfast is delicious. In addition to Japanese style, there is also bread. Coffee is also available after the meal. Unfortunately, there is no wifi equipment in the room, and it must be used in the lobby.

The bath was bigger than I thought, and it was in a rental condition in the morning and night. The futon was very hard on the mattress, and I slept well. Breakfast was not too much and not too little, and it was a good amount, and I was visually very satisfied. Location is quite tight without a car, there are not many convenience stores and restaurants around. The room was small and I was glad that there was a sense of security like my parents' home, but first I smelled the smell of the toilet. Also, the baby of g came out and it was a little disappointing.

I used this hotel for the first time when I went on a business trip to Tottori. The outside was under renovation, but the inside was very clean and they gave me water as a welcome drink. I rented a smoking room, but there was no smell and it didn't feel like a smoking room. I was able to stay very comfortably. There is also a parking lot, which is very convenient. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

Only suitable for self-driving tours, will drop off in front of a flyover, it is best not to carry more luggage, it will be difficult to walk the stone road; the accommodation is clean, the building to the front desk to go to the toilet, but the camping is pre-left. It is not convenient; In addition, the hotel will arrange guests to go to another place to use the bathhouse. It is best not to go too late for the car. It is narrow and dark. The novice car should be dangerous. The quality of the food is good, so don't worry about not being full.

Easy to live

If you want location and restaurants then this is a 10/10. Tottori gotta be in the top 10 for Japanese restaurants. There’s so many great places to eat. Wish I had planned for an extra day. They are all within 1/4 block from hotel. And Tottori is a quiet town with 100% Japanese culture. Several small supermarkets and train station is a 5 minute walk. Hotel breakfast was better than most hotels and had a variety of options. Room was okay. The best thing about the room is it’s not missing a single thing. There’s even a small washer/dryer and vending machine next to elevator. I recommend staying 😃

整體而言，這次入住體驗令人非常失望。 辦理入住時，酒店告知需額外支付 150 日圓的大浴場費用，而且無論是否使用都必須繳付。然而，在預訂頁面及入住前均未見任何相關收費說明，令人有被隱藏收費的感覺。 此外，我預訂的是女性專用房，酒店卻安排我入住有男性住客的房間。這不僅與預訂內容不符，也讓人感到相當不安。雖然其後酒店有為我更換房間，但作為女性旅客，我原本正是因為安全及私隱考量才選擇女性專用房，這種錯誤安排本不應發生。 更令人難以接受的是，我在床上發現一隻會飛的昆蟲（疑似蟑螂）。考慮到這是一間新開業的酒店，竟然已出現此類衛生問題，實在令人震驚，也讓人對酒店的清潔及管理水平產生疑慮。由於受到驚嚇，即使之後準備休息時仍一直感到不安，當晚甚至夢見大量昆蟲而被嚇醒，嚴重影響睡眠品質及住宿體驗。 酒店的裝修環境整體尚可，亦設有行李寄存區。不過行李鎖需要另外向櫃檯索取，而行李存放區與床位之間有一定距離，使用上並不方便。 另外，酒店實際上有提供拖鞋（包括一次性拖鞋及一般酒店拖鞋），但我在出發前曾特意向酒店查詢是否提供拖鞋，得到的回覆卻是沒有。因此我特地自行攜帶拖鞋前往，結果完全用不上，白白佔用了行李空間。酒店提供的資訊與實際情況不符，令人感到困擾。 不過值得一提的是，前台一位非華裔工作人員的服務態度非常友善和專業。當我提出問題及反映情況時，他始終保持耐心及禮貌，並積極提供協助，讓人感受到他真誠服務客人的態度。這位員工的表現，是這次住宿體驗中少數值得肯定的地方。 綜合而言，酒店硬件設施及裝修尚可，但在資訊透明度、房型安排、衛生管理及內部溝通方面均有明顯改善空間。尤其是將女性專用房旅客安排至有男性入住的房間，以及新開業酒店出現疑似蟑螂等衛生問題，都令人難以接受。以這次的入住經驗而言，我無法推薦這間酒店。

It was a little disappointing that water was leaking from the grip part of the shower head and the washlet could not be used. I didn't like that the parking lot and other visible areas were full of spider webs. It's close to a convenience store, but you have to go back to the main street to find restaurants, so I thought it would be a good idea to finish everything before checking in. I was really worried about noises like footsteps coming from above. The food was delicious.
