Not bad, not bad at all. The surrounding area feels safe. The room rate was affordable and the cleanliness was top-notch. This will be my first choice for future business trips to Peru.

The location is very good, shopping and eating are very convenient, the room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, the service staff is warm and friendly, the shower room is particularly difficult to get into the water, and the breakfast variety is less.

We had a pleasant stay at the Ibis Hotel in Lima. The location is very central and convenient, with many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The hotel is well soundproofed, which made the stay quiet and comfortable. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they work fine for two adults. The staff was helpful whenever we needed assistance. One thing to note is that the rooms do not include a kettle or mini-fridge, which may be inconvenient for some travelers. Overall, it’s a good, reliable option for a short stay in Lima, especially if you value location and a quiet room.

I booked a standard room and upgraded it to an executive suite for free for more than 1,000 yuan. A big surprise on the last day of 2023~ After visiting seven countries in South America, my favorite country was Brunei and my most hated country was Chile.

Room cleaner forgot my room one day. The airport service person ignored me when I asked a question. Otherwise, all employees were friendly and helpful. Appreciated the fast check-in. The safe in the room. The comfortable bed. The prompt elevators. The room temp was perfect and the room was quiet with plenty of space for a solo traveler. Internet was excellent. Breakfast looked good but I ate offsite. As I eat a light breakfast and the hotel breakfast buffet was 50 soles.

Perfect location! Plenty of nearby establishments that really help make the stay convenient. The room was super new, and the bathroom was spotless with a powerful shower. Every detail was exactly as shown in the listing photos. I'll definitely be back multiple times.

Overall, I found the room very clean and appreciated the layout with two queen-sized beds and a workspace. However, I noticed there were no power outlets located near the desk, which made working difficult. Additionally, while the bathroom was bright and well-lit, the shower experienced frequent temperature fluctuations. Regarding the dining experience, the breakfast selection became a bit monotonous over a four-night stay; however, I appreciated that the staff was happy to prepare fried eggs upon request. I also enjoyed the excellent restaurant on the ground floor and the convenience of having Edo Sushi located across the road.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. the hotel is located right in the historical city center at walking distance to main attractions, the staff is very supportive, we have to leave our suitcases for 3 days and they kept it at the reception without extra charge.
