The room was anice surprise, bigger and nicer than expected. The staff and service were great, the breakfast was also nice. Location was great, within walkable distance from some of the nicest areas of Porto and with a bus station nearby.

JjosmarlorThe room and bathroom are clean, with sofa and towels in good condition and large comfortable couchs as well as the bedroom.
But we have had two problems, one is that it is a second floor without lift, but this does not have a clear solution but the other problem if it has it: in the cold room because it has only a small electric radiator that when We arrived was shut off, we burned it and all our stay including the night was burned and the room was not warm. The bathroom has no radiator or any heating, something unacceptable given that we went in December and the temperature in Porto was close to 0 degrees.

The room was spacious and clean. The towels provided were also clean. One thing I found disappointing was that self-check-in required a link, but since the information didn't arrive until the day before, I requested it from Trip.com and was able to receive it. The room was very spacious and had a smart TV, so I could watch YouTube while enjoying a drink at the table! The air conditioning was also very powerful!
