El hotel Artcore ha sido uno de los mejores hoteles dónde nos hemos alojado en todo el mundo. Destacar la amabilidad de todo el equipo humano, desde Ines en el ckeckin, Patricia y sus compañeros del desayuno, Bruno en el checkout y cada una de las personas que trabajan en el hotel para cuidar hasta el más mínimo detalle. Los pequeños detalles marcan la diferencia respecto a otros hoteles El hotel inaugurado hace unos meses se caracteriza por su diseño único, centrado en el arte. Está perfectamente decorado pensando en todos los detalles. La habitación es muy cómoda, incluyendo el mini bar gratuito, cama muy grande y cómoda, suelo radiante, etc. Dan ganas de quedarse en la habitación y no salir. El desayuno a la carta es espectacular, elaborado con ingredientes de la mejor calidad. El hotel está a 2 minutos caminando del metro y a 10 minutos caminando del centro de Oporto. En una zona tranquila con muchos cafés y restaurantes. Totalmente merecida la calificación que tienen, aún deberían tener más. Si volvemos a Oporto, repetiremos. De nuevo, gracias a todo el personal por atendernos siempre tan bien. ¡Sois los mejores!

Location: The hotel is located within walking distance from the Campanha Train station. However, if you are walking to the hotel please be noted that there is a uphill slope. Ambience: The hotel has a relaxing vibe with a nice outdoor verandah at the lobby. You can enjoy a relaxing afternoon with drink. Restaurant/Food: The food was amazing. Simple Portuguese food. The service was great too. Staff: Counter staff was helpful and approachable. Room: The room was clean and spacious with a view on the verandah. Basic amenities provided. Highly recommended if you prefer a relaxing accommodation. enjoyed my stay here

中心部からは少し離れていますが歩いて10分もすれば観光スポットに着きますし、少し離れているお陰で周囲はとても静かで落ち着いています。地元の方で賑わうカフェやレストランも近くにあり良い環境です。Boltが安いので歩きたくない時はBoltに乗れば便利です。部屋はこじんまりしていますが、最低限のものは揃っており清潔に保たれています。2段ベッドの部屋でしたが、荷物を置くスペースが少ないのでここに2人で滞在するのは少し狭いかなと思います。1人だったので快適に過ごせました。エレベーターはなく階段のみなので、大きな荷物がある場合は注意して下さい。総じておすすめです。

Не понимаю восторженных отзывов. По мне средний хостел. При бронировании была одна цена, при заселении сказали, что произошла техническая ошибка и запросили 10 евро доплатить сверху. Т.к. добиралась до него долго и сил искать новое жильё не было, пришлось оплатить. Считаю недопустимым такое отношение к бронированию. По сути это квартира, переделанная под хостел. Внутри темно, даже мрачно. Света не хватает, окна постоянно закрыты жалюзями. Кому-то может это нормально, мне не понравилось. Внутри комнаты, 2 санузла, кухня. Уборка нормальная, помещение чистое. Ресепшн на месте только до 17 часов. Можно заселиться дистанционно. Не понравилась постель- простыня в катышках с волосами. Как будто её не меняют. Расположен далеко от достопримечательностей, пол часа минимум надо идти пешком.

A fairly complete hotel, it is not in the center and the area at night is very lonely, very good facilities, very nice rooms, good value for money, good breakfast. We had a problem at the reception as they told us first yes and then yes and then yes we had to pay city taxes. I explained and showed that I had already paid them but according to them, Trip had not paid them so I had to pay them again, which left me a little impressed. On the other hand, the dryers are super old and they overheat and turn off after 30 seconds and stop working for up to 3 minutes, so it's better to bring a hairdryer.

The breakfast is rich, exquisite, and nutritious, and there are bus stops when you go out. But there were mosquitoes in the hotel, it was very collapsed, I was bitten by mosquitoes in the middle of the night, several packs, no mosquito coils and mosquito repellent.

I feel like I entered an old movie in this hotel, they really stoped in time. The room is big, but the windows cannot be opened. The carpet is super old and the air inside the room is heavy. I don’t recommend if you have respiratory problems. The bed too soft. The view is the only good point in the room. Also the reception staff is friendly and let us enter the room before the checkin time.

In general the hotel is very good. You have to sort out the good and the bad, the good thing is its location on a main street but out of the crowd, the breakfast is very rich and varied. The bad thing is that although it was clean there was humidity in the room and when you passed it you had to breathe normally.
