The staff were great. Friendly and professional. Always responded to messages in a timely manner. Price is quite low. It did the job for a friend's trip where budget and expectations are on the lower side...but...one of the beds in our room was broken and the fix had been to put a block of wood underneath, which didn't particularly work well and provided a rough night of sleep. The lock on our door was basically hanging off the door when we arrived but they did fix it the next day . We shared a locked area with one other room so we weren't too worried about security but it's always a thought. Worse was the smell in our room area. Not sure if it was the plumbing in the shared bathroom but it was bad enough to sleep with the windows open and be happy we only had 2 nights there. Not sure I'd stay again even on a buddy trip. The price is great but I'd opt for an upgrade next time around.

Fiquei muito positivamente surpreendida, pelo valor pago pensei ser um local básico, mas realmente o Porto Riad é um local fantástico, com uma a**osfera incrível, aconchegante e mágica. O quarto era pequeno mas super acolhedor , o pessoal de uma simpatia e oportunidade incrível.
Um local super recomendado.

Experiência espetacular, um local charmoso como uma a**osfera fantástica… Um bocadinho de Marrocos no Porto O quarto não era grande mas super acolhedor com tudo limpo Os funcionários 5 estrelas sempre prontos a ajudar e a descobrir a cidade Tive ainda a sorte de apanhar um sol maravilhoso em pleno dezembro no jardim Com certeza voltarei. Pequeno almoço muito fraco, quarto pequeno com o chão desnivelado... e 1º era um preço, depois foi outro.. Mais caro claro..No geral é fraco, muito barulho durante a noite, havia barulho na rua que se ouvia como se estivessem no quarto..

Eu, minha esposa, nossa filha e meus sogros tivemos uma ótima hospedagem nos 12 dias que passamos no Porto. Quarto e banheiro sempre limpos e funcionários gentis e atenciosos. Uma área externa bem prazerosa onde fizemos alguns breakfast e à noite saboreamos algumas taças de vinho, depois de passear pela linda cidade. Bem próximo ao centro (10 ou 15 minutos caminhando), supermercados Mini Preço e Pingo Doce também a 10 minutos, ponto de ônibus na porta e entre 2 estações do Metro. Próximo a um bom comércio e há 2 minutos à pé de um ótimo Restaurante (Solar da Alegria) com preços super acessíveis e excelente qualidade. Certamente se voltarmos à cidade já sabemos onde ficar e seguramente recomendaria a qualquer amigo. Obrigado e grande abraço nosso a todos vocês.

Prezzo: È la stanza con bagno privato più economica che ho trovato a Porto (55 euro /notte). Camera: molto pulita, ma rumorosa. La finestra dava su un locale notturno e c'erano urla tutta la notte. Bagno: molto trasandato, ma posso anche accettarlo se pulito. Non posso però tollerare che gli asciugamani siano macchiati! Per ben 3 giorni di fila! Colazione: semplice, classica, con un po di dolce e salato. Tuttavia Avrei apprezzato trovare qualche specialità portochese. Si può mangiare nel cortiletto esterno. Posizione: a piedi si raggiunge in 15 min la stazione della metro bolhao o trindad e in 25 min la cattedrale. Non è in pieno centro, ma comunque abbastanza comoda. Certo la strada è in salita, come tutte le vie di Porto d'altronde.
