AAnonymous UserWe had such a great time here!! The staff were super friendly, especially the restaurant team, they made sure we started and ended every day with a smile, which really made a difference. The lodge was surprisingly comfortable for being in the jungle. Everything was well thought out: clean, secure, and completely leak-proof, even during the heavy rain we had. The restaurant was another highlight. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Great portions, tasty dishes, and a relaxed vibe, perfect after a day of exploring. We also did one of the tours offered by the lodge, and it was really well organized. They even provided dry bags for guests who didn’t bring one, which was super helpful. Furthermore, the location was amazing. It is a great spot right by the river. Waking up to the sound of flowing water and birds was something special. All in all, a place where you feel welcome, well taken care of, and surrounded by nature. We’ll definitely be back!

GGuest UserThis hotel is set in a beautiful natural environment, on a limestone cliff with a lake. It felt like being in a jungle, which was lovely. The welcome was good, with butterfly tea and clear explanations. However, it's quite isolated, facing a departmental road far from the city. They offer a taxi service, but it's too expensive. This means the only accessible dining option is the hotel's own restaurant, which is a major drawback: - The service is poor: twice, we had to go and get the menus ourselves. - The staff seemed disengaged and were all on their phones. - The restaurant closes at 8 PM, which is quite astounding. On our second night, we arrived at 7:50 PM, right after a group of 20 people, and were told only fried rice dishes were available because we arrived too late… we clearly have different definitions of 'late'. Imagine if we had gone on a night safari excursion, or checked in at 9 PM – we wouldn't have been able to eat, which is a real problem. - Once ordered, the dishes didn't arrive together. My girlfriend had almost finished her meal by the time mine was served (two fried rice and chicken dishes, by the way). Additionally, we couldn't find a hairdryer, and there was another issue: the room was poorly soundproofed; you could hear everyone as if they were right inside our room.

SSHANNON KAYFun stay in the jungle! Lovely bungalows that were cosy. Friendly and helpful reception staff, cute cats chilling there too! The restaurant was convenient, however a little overpriced. Luckily it’s not too far to walk into the village so there are plenty of options. Mainly couples/ families. Open air bungalow, so had many critters/ frogs/lizards visiting during the night.

DDenis4190We spent 2 nights in this really beautiful place. Simple but cozy houses on high piles, a large area where you can walk and see a lot of different plants, and just an incredibly beautiful nature around. We were even lucky to hear the beautiful morning singing of the gibbons.. But the most important dignity of this place is the people who work there. I am very grateful to them for the attention and help I was given when I got bad at the moment when I arrived. We traveled on a motorcycle and our weekly route consisted of lots of places and ferry crossings. The day we arrived at Anurak in the evening, I managed to get food poisoning and almost immediately after the settlement I was seriously ”covered.” The hotel owners did everything to make me manage to cope with my illness and get on my feet as quickly as possible, which has not been disrupted our journey. It is definitely the place to return.

GGuest UserВолшебное место! Словно жили в ботсаду :) Вокруг тишина и красота. Домики чистые, уютные. Мы жили в 22 номере, никакие звуки с центральной улицы не долетали. На стойке регистрации работают внимательные, заботливые девушки. Все экскурсии заказали через них, сбоев не было, гиды были великолепные. Девушки всегда желают хорошего путешествия и удачи, а потом радуются вместе с тобой что все прошло успешно. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Местоположение отличное! До входа в парк минут 5-10. Напротив бар-ресторан Bamboo с красивым видом на 2 этаже. Описание отеля совпадает с фото.
