3-Star Hotels in Chattanooga

Our stay was great. The hotel was clean. Our room was cozy and clean. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious. The location was convenient to our family and places to visit. We are grateful and will return again.

Lovely hotel, easy to get to and park. Cool bar, nice staff! Room small but very functional and clean.

Reserved a “RiverView” room that overlooked the parking lot. And in their defense, the river was viewable-ish beyond that, but not what I would have paid extra for. And only more viewable if sitting up on one side of the bed. Overall a strange layout.  Called the front desk and was told no other options were available and that it was classified as “riverview” because it was on the 5th floor.  However, we did enjoy the restaurant and patio space with firepit.

Bed was not clean. There was hair and food crumbs on the sheets! Front desk clerk was very nice and brought us some sheets. She said that she was the only one at the hotel so she couldn’t send anyone to change the sheets for us so we had to change our own bed! Around 10pm after we had gone to bed, we started hearing someone running and jumping around in the room above us. We waited patiently for about an hour to see if they would settle down but finally had to call front desk and complain. Desk clerk said she would take care of it and after a few minutes the noise stopped. Didn’t get back to sleep until after midnight.

Hotel room was clean and sanitized. We appreciated the sanitized remote in the clean bag as well. Receptionist was very pleasant and gave us great dinner recommendations. We did not use the pool or gym but looking at the facilities they rate very good for the hotel class.

We stayed in total 2 weeks in a 2br suite and were pretty amazed. Great and friendly service, good quality rooms and nice area. Just the breakfast could be a little better.

Not bad, the environment can be, help colleagues to book, did not receive their dissatisfaction. I am very happy to have a room for me to continue to renew! This is very grateful!

We LOVED this hotel!! The location was perfect! Near the aquarium, rock city, Ruby falls, etc! The valet was super convenient and quick. Every single person that worked at the front desk during our stay was INCREDIBLE. They went above and beyond and we’re very kind & knowledgeable. We also ate at the Brazilian steakhouse, Rodizio and they were great!! All in all this was a perfect place to stay for a perfect trip!!! Also, they have great coffee downstairs! ☺️

I stayed here for one night. The hotel itself was good. I only had an issue with the refrigerator. It was kind of loud. Breakfast was good, and the bed was comfortable. I will stay again.

The hotel is old, especially the carpet has a damp smell and feels not clean. But its location is very good, the parking lot is large, the room is large, the service is good, the breakfast is good, because of the familiarity, I have lived here many times. Once I stayed at the Marriott Hotel next to me. Although it was luxurious, the room was small. I also reported two fire alarms in the middle of the night. The price was too low and the experience was too bad. So I often live here.
