There is also easy access to the outback terrain from our street, for off-road riding! Our 2300 sq foot, 4 bedroom, 4 bath pool house is a very charming home with boat parking. One of the bed/bath is a cute spacious Casita with separate entrance for more privacy if needed.Plenty of room for a large group to stay and play.This home is only 4 miles to the famous London Bridge, the beautiful Lake Havasu State Park, the quaint downtown shopping areas, and a number of delicious restaurants. When you are relaxing on the backyard patio, there is a private pool, a bar-b-que, lounge-chairs, a fire pit, and plenty of other outdoor seating; a great place to enjoy the beautiful Arizona sunsets!If you prefer the air conditioning inside, you will enjoy an open, fully equipped kitchen, with a bar to socialize while cooking, and a large living area, complete with a wood burning fireplace!
