Amazing stay and staff were extremely helpful location was wonderful for our business meetings

Good location and facilities. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is the highest level of several similar hotels. However, reservation management is not good. Check-in was delayed because the hotel could not find the reservation information. When I went to the assigned room, others were already sleeping, and I couldn't get a new room immediately. The staff apologized for this and tried to solve the problem kindly, but the reservation management process needs to be improved

The parking lot has a large space and many parking spaces. There is a car wash shop within 100 meters. Gas station, Ihop restaurant, Wal-Mart within 500 meters. It is very convenient to buy daily necessities.

I didn't know the pool was open in the winter, but the water was so warm and nice that I bought a swimsuit on the spur of the moment and had fun playing. I'm really satisfied! The unexpected surprise of this hotel, the large room facilities are very good, and we upgraded the suite, which is very good feeling. Outside the window is the snowy mountain, so close. The traffic is also very convenient, close to the Salt Lake City Expressway.

The pool was very cold, not heated, never have I stayed at a hotel that had an indoor pool that was that cold. We chose your location because we were including our grandchildren for a vacation which part was to swim with them. It was too cold. This was also noticed by all of the guests that we talked to who only could use the jacuzzi since it was heated. I had told the staff through text when they asked how my stay was and they said that is standard, and they only heat to a certain level. I later asked if they could get approval for us to swim at one of their sister hotels and they said that was not possible unless we were staying at their hotel. I was in the hotel business for 5 years with Quality International so I am used to situations like this. Since we were staying multiple days I was asked if I wanted my room made up each day and I said yes, 1st day it was not done, and I had to ask and it was not done until 5pm.
