We check in late but process is easy to follow. They are having renovation but not affecting much though. The room we are staying the cooking hood isn’t working so it created a lot of smoke and cause the alarm to trigger that’s when we couldn’t find any help in the night. But luckily it went off without any water sprinkle. Probably something to improve on. Floor is abit sticky when we checked in.

Byron Springs is a delightful older design (think Old Florida/Old QLD) place with whitewashed walls and wooden floors, and an open lounge area set in lush surroundings.  Our room was more than adequate for a one night stay.  The bed & bedding were comfortable.  The room, while small, was fine.  The bathroom had everything we needed. The negatives were we could hear the other guests coming and going, and the wood floors creaked loudly.  One of guests took up 2 parking spots.  Also the toilet in our bathroom ran all night.  We were unable to stop it so we just closed the door to the bathroom. Other than that, we had a nice stay.  Thank you Laura!🤗

There was a pool in the middle and it had a great atmosphere. A hair dryer is not provided. There are strict rules on where you can drink alcohol, so you can enjoy it safely. The shower room was also spacious and clean!

Very clean, the lobby is very large, and the home improvement and design feels better than expected. Kitchen appliances are complete, as well as washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, grills. There are also 2 kinds of board games. The family is very satisfied with the 5-minute walk from the beach. The second bedroom area is small.

Ctrip members prepared welcome red wine in advance, arranged in the room, do not drink the whole bottle to go 🥳 There are bicycles and helmets downstairs, you can get the keys to the front desk, and ride to the town and the beach for a few minutes~ The sunset of the burning cloud in Byron Bay is so beautiful! It's a pity that you can't see the beach sunset in the east

This hotel is old and there is no daily cleaning. It is an ”apar**ent-style” hotel, which means that you live in an apar**ent and you are responsible for cleaning and taking out the garbage during your stay. It is clean and tidy inside, but it is really too old. The tableware, cups and plates are all large and small, and they are all pieced together. Anyway, practicality is important, and other things don't matter. The location is very convenient, very close to the main beach and the downtown area (but these places are usually crowded and relatively cheap). However, there is a restaurant on the main beach. Every afternoon, happy hour costs more than 30 Australian dollars, two glasses of wine + a large plate of fresh shrimps, which are large and delicious. It is a good deal. Walking out of the hotel, on the busiest street outside the main beach, I drank white wine and ate oysters in several restaurants during happy hour. Fantastic stay in a two bedroom deluxe apartment. Spotlessly clean and everything we needed. The location is perfect: directly opposite the beach. Fabulous pool area and barbecue space with comfortable chairs to relax. Great secure parking too. Would happily return when in Byron.

The hotel occupies the best location, going out is the main beach of Byron Bay, downstairs is the most famous bar in the local area, and hotel guests eat and drink 10% off.
