這次帶一大家子11口人入住賽里木湖旁的桔子水晶，還沒正式開業就已經被寵上天了。看我們小孩多，主動幫我們全部升級家庭大床房😭
我們到得晚，本來衹想問一下外賣，沒想到前台小姐姐主動説：“這麼晚了點外賣需要很長時間，不嫌棄我們安排幫您煮點麪吧！”， 結果端上來的麪里居然好多牛肉（驚喜之外的驚喜），每人一大碗直接送到房間，還額外送了果盤和點心盒！我們主動説算錢不然真太不好意思了[捂臉]小哥哥一直拒絕説不用客氣，特別要感謝這小哥哥（好像叫恩克？）又高又帥[愉快]，全程幫我們搬行李、按電梯、送餐，耐心得不得了。
第二天居然還贈送了賽里木湖專業拍攝！退房時還有驚喜伴手禮，這服務簡直是連環彩蛋，這驚喜和舒心遠超五星🎁
房間超大超新，設施高檔也就算了，床品才是真的絕！被子枕頭舒服到我一躺下就不想動，全家人都睡得太香了。
作為一家從廣東去到這寒冬的北方的南方小土豆，直接被這份暖心暖化了，是真的把客人當家人疼啊！強烈推薦給所有來賽里木湖的朋友，這家桔子水晶必須沖！👏👏👏

We stayed for two nights, and the overall experience was cozy and comfortable. The underfloor heating in the room was incredibly effective; even when it was freezing outside, the indoor temperature remained as warm as spring. It really helped us shake off travel fatigue, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep every night – pure bliss.
The breakfast was another pleasant surprise. The food was abundant and delicious, with authentic home-style flavors that were both fresh and comforting, setting us up for an energetic day. From the facilities to the attentive service, every detail made us feel incredibly comfortable. The clean environment and thoughtful service completely exceeded our expectations.
Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or solo, this is the ideal place to stay when visiting Sayram Lake. It offers comfortable accommodation, delicious food, and convenient access, all at an excellent value for money. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Sayram Lake. MM56746****The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the scenic area. You can even see Sayram Lake from the room. The room was very clean, and they upgraded us from a twin room to a family room for free. All the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. We were rushing out to see the pink sunrise the next day, and the front desk小姐姐 (a polite way to refer to a young woman, here meaning staff member) told us to come back and check out after we were done. It was very thoughtful and made us feel that the service at this hotel was truly great, even in -16 degree Celsius weather. The complimentary goodnight fruit was local specialty raisins, which were quite tasty. I'd like to commend their toiletries; this brand can't be unscrewed, which largely prevents any tampering. We'll definitely stay here again if we have the chance!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, with a large area and a park next to it. The environment is very good and the room is also very large. The only drawback is that for some reason, there is no solid wall between the bathroom and the room. You can see people going to the toilet and taking a shower while lying on the bed. Although it is frosted glass and you can't see clearly, it still feels weird.

The rooms are quite large and the cleanliness is acceptable, but the slippers are terrible, and the showerhead leaks. The breakfast is a bit lacking. I checked in on the evening of the 2nd, and the duty manager's service attitude was extremely poor.

GGuest UserThis stay at the Yizhongyuan Hotel really gave me a big surprise! From the moment you step into the lobby, you'll be greeted by a light and pleasant fragrance. The staff will proactively ask about your needs with a smile, and even prepare welcome drinks when you check in. The room is simple and elegant in design, with smart toilets and other facilities available, and full marks for details! The breakfast has a wide variety, the freshly cooked noodles and snacks are super delicious, and the service is so heartwarming. Highly recommended to everyone!

__WeChat60001****The experience of staying at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations! When we arrived at the hotel, we were at an impasse with a driver over a ridiculously high price for a private taxi. Hotel staff noticed this and proactively came out to help us with our luggage. After understanding the situation, they not only told us the local market price but also offered helpful advice and even accompanied us to call the police. Ultimately, this resolved the issue safely and amicably for us, who were feeling helpless in a foreign land. We avoided being scammed out of 2400 yuan for a private car! With the police's mediation, we only ended up paying for the airport pick-up and lake tour for that day!
Even more thoughtfully, the staff, knowing we were struggling with transportation, offered to lend us their private vehicle for the lake tour and helped us find shared rides to Yining Airport, making our entire trip incredibly hassle-free and allowing us to enjoy the journey at a low cost.
Speaking of the hotel's scenery, around 2 or 3 a.m., the night sky after the snowstorm was breathtaking. The countless stars shone like scattered diamonds, and taking photos felt like being immersed in a sea of stars. I still remember the awe and emotion I felt. Leaving at noon the next day was truly bittersweet. We took one last photo near the campsite with the beautiful scenery of Sayram Lake as a memento. This hotel added so many warm memories to this trip!

DDave_DetroitFor a hotel that costs over 1,000 yuan a night, there's no gym. I went to the restaurant that evening and tried to order a bowl of noodle soup, but it wasn't available. Noodles were always available for breakfast, but not for dinner.
The bathroom had a foul sewer odor, and it turned out the back of the toilet seat wasn't sealed where it met the floor. Clearly, the engineering department wasn't supervising properly.
Another point: The hotel rooms don't have Type C connectors, considering it's scheduled for completion in 2025, while other hotels have them. Clearly, this is ill-considered.

The bedding is clean and comfortable. Attention to detail is superb: there's complimentary tea in the lobby, along with common medications. The rooms come with a large-capacity humidifier. The service is warm and friendly, and every staff member is professional and dedicated. Breakfast is plentiful, with a good selection of Western, Chinese, and fruit options. The in-house restaurant is also impressive; you can order stir-fries or hotpot without worrying about a bad choice. The 5th floor even has a large bar and offers complimentary afternoon tea daily, with fantastic floor-to-ceiling windows. Without hesitation, I extended my stay by another day. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance!
