Come to Bole with your family, compare many hotels to finalize this one, the experience is directly full, it must be five stars! Hotel location is good to find, parking is sufficient, driving to the surrounding attractions is particularly convenient. The front desk lady is gentle, the check-in efficiency is very high, and she also took the initiative to recommend local delicious restaurants and play routes to us, especially intimate. The room was cleaned very meticulously, the floor, sink, and bedding were clean and there was no smell. The mattress is just soft and hard, the sound insulation is very good, and the night is quiet and not noisy. There is plenty of hot water, air conditioning and network operation are very smooth. The public area is clean and tidy, the overall environment is comfortable and atmospheric, whether it is a family trip or a friend to live together, the price is very high, next time you come to Bole to live here, I really recommend it to all tourists!

The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, providing thoughtful and detailed service throughout my stay. They were always prompt in responding to any requests. The room itself was well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with comfortable furnishings. The soundproofing and heating were excellent. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including both Chinese and Western dishes, as well as local specialties. Fresh milk, naan bread, and pastries were all available, which was a welcome treat after a tiring journey.

We chose this hotel for our family trip with the kids, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. It's incredibly well-suited for families with children. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The hotel showed great thoughtfulness by providing children's toiletries. The staff were gentle, polite, and handled check-in efficiently, responding promptly to any issues. Special thanks to Lu Ye, Xin Yi, Ye Huan, and An He. The breakfast selection was extensive, catering to both adults and children. Its proximity to the east gate of Saihu made getting around easy, and the environment was quiet and elegant. After a tiring journey, staying here was truly relaxing and comfortable. We'll definitely prioritize this hotel for future trips with the kids and sincerely recommend it to other families traveling with children.

The front desk and Trip.com concierge were warm and thoughtful, proactively helping with our luggage. The complimentary fruit platter was of high quality. Both the first and second floors of the LOFT were equipped with toilets, which was convenient for guests staying on the second floor. The room facilities were complete, and there was a balcony on the first floor where we could enjoy the sunset. The room initially only came with two towels and two bath towels. Although we called the front desk and had two more sets delivered later, it would be better for a quadruple room to be fully equipped from the start.

I'm really happy with this hotel. It's super convenient, located right next to the new visitor center at the east gate of Sayram Lake, and there are plenty of great restaurant and takeout options nearby. A big bonus is that you can catch the sunset just a short walk through a small grove of trees next to the hotel. After a day exploring the lake, it's fantastic to have such an accessible spot to watch the sunset. The room itself is comfortably furnished, but what I loved most was the bedding – it was genuinely a dream to sleep in. The service was also incredibly thoughtful. A huge thank you to Ms. Koala for her wonderful hospitality! Online it stated a 12 PM checkout, but she allowed us to extend it to 2 PM, and even further to 4 PM because I'm a Huazhu Silver member. That was incredibly considerate! It meant we could have lunch and even squeeze in a nap before heading to our next destination. Attached are photos of the sunset near the hotel.

This is the most comfortable LI CHENG Hotel I've ever stayed in, and the experience was superb! 👍🏻 The front desk staff, Ah Lai, helped upgrade my room. The hotel is right next to the east gate tourist center of Sailimu Lake, and it's a 3-minute drive directly to the lakeside. This means no need to travel back and forth to the city. It's super convenient for catching the sunrise early in the morning and chasing the sunset's 'golden mountain' in the evening. The hotel also has a large free parking lot, so self-driving tourists don't have to worry about parking at all. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

To visit the Atlantic's Last Teardrop, I stayed just outside the scenic area's East Gate. The hotel staff at the front desk were incredibly warm and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel is also a short walk from the nearby commercial street, offering a wide variety of dining options.

Half the beauty and joy of our Sai Lake trip came from the Marriott AC! The front desk agent, Ella, was absolutely wonderful! Her service was attentive, warm, and meticulous. She sent us a guide upon check-in and met all our room preferences after we communicated them in advance. When our plans changed the next day, she very kindly helped us with a late check-out! Our wonderful Sai Lake trip started because we met the super nice Ella! The hotel garden isn't fully finished, but the scenery is already beautiful! Enjoying breakfast and dinner while looking out at Sai Lake is also a treat. If I visit Sai Lake again, I'd definitely choose Marriott AC without hesitation!

From sunrise to stargazing, every moment of the scenery is captivating, and the service is meticulous and attentive. It's a great place to stay when visiting Sayram Lake.

I originally booked the resort, but then got upgraded to the Puli Hotel. The location is superb, very close to the East Gate of Sayram Lake, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The king-size room was spacious and bright, with a brand-new light luxury decor. The large bed was soft and comfortable for sleeping. The panoramic floor-toceiling windows offered stunning views of the snowy mountains and spruce trees; waking up to watch the sunrise and enjoying the lake colors in the evening was absolutely breathtaking. The underfloor heating kept the entire room warm and cozy, and the attention to detail was impeccable, with friendly and thoughtful service. The breakfast was plentiful. A perfect experience, highly recommended!
