Outstanding
I was surprised this hotel is so close to the scenic area. The price is reasonable, the facilities are complete, and the room is clean and tidy. It even has a smart toilet, and the shower, vanity, and toilet are all separate, which is very convenient. My car broke down unexpectedly, and by the time my friend and I arrived at the hotel, it was quite late. The concierge, Beibei, was incredibly efficient and promptly helped us check the car's condition. The next morning when we checked out, she even assisted us again with the car. The staff and security guards were all very friendly and proactively helped us with our luggage. The hotel's hot pot buffet is also good, and guests get a discount on meals. Plus, there's a free breakfast in the morning with a wide variety of options. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my stay here and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sayram Lake Scenic Area.

From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The front desk staff was quick, and a special shout-out to Dian Dian at the front desk for her excellent service. The room was quiet and clean, the environment was elegant, and the public area's fragrance was very pleasant. The room layout was well-designed, and the toiletries were high-quality. It was a great stay!

Specifically booked a 'Crystal' room, but the location was a bit hidden, tucked behind the Orange hotel. The surrounding area is still under development, so the views definitely need improvement. The front desk and security guard were both very friendly though. I have to ask, what brand was the bread in the restaurant? My mom absolutely loved it… Also, I didn't receive any welcome fruit or the four-grid snack box.

Exceed my expectations. We are given complimentary breakfast upon checkin. Bed were so comfy. Accomdation is glass roof for you to gaze the stars. They have small taxicar to fetch u from concierge to your room, and to breakfast area. They have a nice cafe which we do not have time to explore. At least stay 2 days here to enjoy the facilities.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the view from the terrace in the morning is stunning. The facilities are quite good. Miss Tumar is very enthusiastic and attentive; she even upgraded us to a lake-view room. The hotel offers hot spring spa services with water from the Hot Spring County. Unfortunately, I didn't bring a swimsuit, so I couldn't enjoy it. I'll definitely come back next time!

We had an exceptional experience at this hotel, specially the room service and great staff supports including booking bus tickets, food recommendation and many more throughout our stay. Many staff also able to communicate in English which makes it easier for us to get around.

Overall, my impression was quite positive. It's an established tourist hotel with a spacious parking lot, making parking very convenient. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Specifically, there's a Xinjiang restaurant right at the intersection that offers excellent value for money and delicious food – definitely worth trying!

Yurts had a great view of the lake! Food was good, and offered to upgrade us for free, but we preferred the yurts. Very warm and service was 10/10

This hotel is newly opened, with an elegant environment, electric curtains, good room facilities and voice control. The bathroom fixtures are nice and the makeup mirror is large. The restaurant was amazing, the breakfast was delicious and the service was great, amazing!
