The hotel is very close to the Sailimu Lake Tourist Service Center and the self-driving entrance and exit, which is great. The breakfast is very rich (even fish and shrimp)! And the food will still be added at the end of the breakfast, which makes people very happy. The room was very spacious and clean, but there was no air conditioning, and the disposable slippers were too hidden. After the bathroom sliding door, I stayed for two nights and thought that the hotel did not provide slippers. I found out before I left.

Excellent! I picked the right hotel this time. The service was absolutely amazing, so incredibly warm and welcoming. They even have laundry service – you just hand your dirty clothes to the front desk and they wash and even hang them out on the balcony for you. Every day, we had hot milk and ginger tea, which was perfect to warm up with after coming back from Sailim Lake. The self-serve fruit was also delicious. There's a concierge chat group where any questions or requests are answered in seconds. And I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel's breakfast and dinner!! Oh my goodness, it was astounding! I had the best Big Plate Chicken (Dapanji) I've ever tasted! Can you imagine how good it was?! The chicken was crispy and chewy, and I devoured all of it, noodles and all, with the savory sauce. The stir-fried tomatoes with eggs were also incredible; I never thought such a simple dish could taste so amazing. We ended up having dinner at the hotel two nights in a row. I didn't take any pictures, but I genuinely want the chef to teach me how they make that Big Plate Chicken. You can also pre-order dinner through the concierge group.

Because the Duku Highway was closed, we changed our itinerary and booked a hotel at the last minute. It turned out to be the best hotel in our price range during our ten-plus days of travel. Problems were resolved quickly, the environment was clean and tidy, and they were very child-friendly! We even got a 10% discount at the Lotus Restaurant next door. I'll definitely stay here again if I go to Sayram Lake next time.

The front desk and Trip.com concierge were warm and thoughtful, proactively helping with our luggage. The complimentary fruit platter was of high quality. Both the first and second floors of the LOFT were equipped with toilets, which was convenient for guests staying on the second floor. The room facilities were complete, and there was a balcony on the first floor where we could enjoy the sunset. The room initially only came with two towels and two bath towels. Although we called the front desk and had two more sets delivered later, it would be better for a quadruple room to be fully equipped from the start.

The Laifen hairdryer and other toiletries in the room were fantastic. They also provided multiple bottles of mineral water, so there was no need to worry about running out. The front desk service was very enthusiastic, and they even gave out souvenirs at both check-in and check-out, which really boosted the overall experience. It truly lives up to its reputation as Orange Hotel's high-end series – an unparalleled stay.

I want to start by saying that the hotel's butler service was excellent – warm, attentive, and deserving of full marks. The lake view was also quite nice. However, for a hotel charging 2500 a night, this was the most expensive place I stayed during my entire Xinjiang trip, from Altay to Yili to Urumqi. Yet, there wasn't even a proper road leading to the hotel; it was just a dirt track. The lobby was also incredibly small, completely out of sync with its five-star price tag. While the hotel itself isn't bad, I'd say the pricing is the main issue. The facilities simply don't justify the cost. For comparison, I stayed at Nianhua Bay in Nalati, which offered individual villas with large private courtyards and was exceptionally well-designed throughout, for only 2300 a night – just one day apart! How can this hotel justify its price? In my opinion, Nalati's scenery far surpasses that of Sayram Lake. You can't charge a premium just because there's a lake, especially when the lake view itself depends on luck and good weather!

The hotel is right opposite the east gate visitor center of Sayram Lake, with a whole street of restaurants. The only downside is that parking spots in front are quite limited; if you come back late, you might have to park a bit further away. The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great. Around 1 AM, I could still hear kids running and shouting in the room next door. Breakfast in the morning was incredibly busy. With so many tourists and not enough seating, the staff were clearly overwhelmed during peak hours. Food wasn't replenished fast enough, and tables weren't cleared promptly.

I specifically chose this place for my trip. Since you can't stay inside the scenic area, I opted for this campsite right next to it. It's just a 5-minute drive, which saved a lot of hassle. The camp environment is tranquil, and the air is exceptionally fresh. The room facilities are well-equipped, the bathroom is clean and hygienic, and the bedding is comfortable for a good night's sleep. From sunrise to stargazing, every moment of the scenery is captivating, and the service is meticulous and attentive. It's a great place to stay when visiting Sayram Lake.

This is a fantastic new hotel, just a few minutes' drive from the east gate of Sayram Lake. The underfloor heating was wonderfully warm, and the facilities were comprehensive. Parking was convenient, and they even thoughtfully provided earplugs for light sleepers. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich – many hotels around Sayram Lake don't even offer breakfast, and this one was still reasonably priced!
