4-Star Hotels in Chuzhou

This was my first time visti Chuzhou City, mainly for a business trip. The client recommended a newly opened hotel, and I honestly didn't expect the front desk service to be this good—they even upgraded my room for free. Most importantly, the hotel is spotlessly clean, easy check in, which is the most important for me when choosing a place to stay. I'm more used to Western food, but their breakfast was surprisingly very nice. A wide selection of both Chinese and Western options. Fresh food, great taste perfect for starting the day with energy. Extra amenities: Free parking, quiet rooms with excellent soundproofing, and fast free Wi-Fi. Ideal for both business trips and vacations. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chuzhou. The hotel is very close to Chuzhou Railway Station and offers pick-up and drop-off service. They even helped with my luggage. The internet connection was smooth and reliable as well. My stay was far beyond expectations, with thoughtful details everywhere: Lobby: Elegant and spacious, with pleasant fragrance and relaxing music. It felt comfortable the moment I walked in. Room: The bedding is the best and clean I've experienced among all the hotels I've stayed in. A lovely touch: I even received a small farewell gift when checking out, so heartwarming! Parking at the hotel entrance is very convenient. The front desk spoke gently and the service attitude was excellent. The room was very new. My husband and children liked the equipment of the Ji Mi room. Next time I come to Tianchang, this is still my first choice. I chose this conveniently located hotel for my trip to Anhui during the Qingming Festival, and the hotel staff were as attentive and welcoming as ever! This hotel is relatively new, has underground parking, is not far from the high-speed rail station, and has plenty of dining options nearby, so I chose to stay here again. I arrived that evening, and check-in was quick. Because of my sensitive constitution, I made a special note, and the hotel front desk was very attentive to my room needs. A definite thumbs up!

I was invited to a wedding and stayed at this hotel for one night. The biggest highlight was having both the banquet and accommodation in one place, which was incredibly convenient for out-of-town relatives who didn't have to look for another hotel. The banquet hall was spacious, creating a fantastic atmosphere for the wedding. The guest room was meticulously cleaned, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so our sleep wasn't disturbed by the wedding party at night. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. There was also plenty of parking available. The wedding banquet dishes were generous in portion and well-flavored. The overall wedding experience was great, and we felt filled with joy. It was a very pleasant stay.

The front desk staff were a bit cold during check-in. When I asked about breakfast for children, they just told me it depended on height, without bothering to explain the specific height-based charging rules. They also didn't inform me about breakfast times, restaurant location, or elevator locations. While I could figure these details out myself, even standard chain hotels provide this information immediately. For an established four-star hotel, this level of perfunctory service is really disappointing.

I have stayed here many times. This time I originally planned to stay for nearly a month, and I was going to leave on January 21st. But your hotel is going to increase the price on the 21st. I thought that I have stayed in your hotel for a month and the 20 yuan will not affect the traveler's experience. As a result, I failed to negotiate. It felt like I was kicked out on the last day without caring about an ordinary guest like me. So I decisively cancelled the order for the next few days and changed to another hotel tomorrow. I wish your hotel a prosperous business.

I went back to my parents' home for three days, so I stayed in three of the best hotels in Fengyang. Fengyang was the best hotel five years ago, but now it is not good compared to Kaiyuan and Mingfa. The hardware facilities in the room are a bit old. Breakfast only ends at 9:30, so I slept in and got up without breakfast. Kaiyuan can do it at ten o'clock, Mingfa can do it at ten and a half, what a difference. The hotel room is larger than Kaiyuan. The front desk can delay check-out until 2 o'clock by phone. It is quite user-friendly. The location is much better than the other two rooms. It is in the center of the new city and there is a park next to it. I feel that if the hotel wants to survive well, it will be better. The hardware and services need to be improved. Breakfast at ten o'clock is standard in the hotel!

The room offered excellent value for money. The breakfast was hands down the most extensive I've ever encountered – dozens of options to choose from! I was so busy enjoying the food that I completely forgot to take any photos. We also used a private room for a gathering, and its ambiance was quite pleasant. But the breakfast truly stole the show! 😊
