4-Star Hotels in Jiangkou

The butler service at Fanjingshan Yunshe Courtyard is absolutely top-notch. Even before check-in, they proactively sent warm reminders and travel guides. Upon arrival, they helped with luggage and offered locally brewed welcome tea. When the weather turned cold, they brought extra blankets without us asking. Any requests were promptly handled, and their 24/7 attentiveness made us feel right at home. The village where the courtyard is located, Yunshe Village, is truly a fairyland. Known as the 'First Tujia Village in China,' it's framed by green mountains, with the Longtan River winding through. Tujia wooden houses are reflected in the water, and flagstone paths connect fields and homes. There's no commercial hustle and bustle, just ducks and geese swimming, and windmills turning. Strolling through, the natural beauty and slow pace allow for complete relaxation.

There are several hotels along this riverbank, and this one has the best location. The price difference isn't significant either. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are all new; I'm very satisfied. You can play in the river, or sit in the lobby watching the water flow quietly while sipping a cup of hot tea.

It appears to be an unfinished golf course. The hotel seems to have been open for several years; the facilities are rather old, but still clean and the service was good. The course environment is, of course, excellent, with ample green space. Since it was the off-season, we seemed to be the only guests that day. The hotel is not far from the east gate of Fanjingshan Mountain, and the cluster of farmhouses nearby makes dining convenient. Overall, it was quite good.

This trip was definitely worth it! Coming from Macau to explore Fanjing Mountain, the Yiyetang B&B experience was absolutely five-star. The surroundings are tranquil and elegant, filled with natural beauty, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The breakfast at the B&B offered a rich variety and excellent taste, with meticulous and thoughtful service. They also provide convenient shuttle services, making getting around super easy. The overall stay was perfect, and this is definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Fanjing Mountain!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just 300 meters from the East Gate of Fanjing Mountain. After crossing the Heishuiwan Bridge, it's only a few minutes' walk to the mountain, saving a lot of travel time. The courtyard features a charming Dong ethnic garden style, with a gurgling stream flowing by, creating a serene and cool environment. The rooms are clean, and relaxing on the balcony is delightful, ensuring a comfortable stay in the mountainous area. The front desk service is attentive, and there's free parking for those driving. The only minor downsides are the limited breakfast selection; it would be better if packed breakfasts included some salty items, as sweating can lead to discomfort otherwise. Overall, it offers good value for money and is a top choice for a hiking trip.

Overall satisfied. The room facilities were new, and the staff were friendly. However, the lobby floor tiles were greasy and slippery! Jiangkou County has a high green coverage rate and a nice environment, worth visiting. The only regret is that the weather was bad these past few days, with light rain and heavy fog throughout the city, so I didn't get to go to Fanjingshan, which is a slight disappointment.

A hidden gem! This resort type of hotel is so rare in the area. We opted for this hotel for the gorgeous courtyard type of layout. The hotel deserves the attention and my lengthy review as the architect/ designer has such an exquisite taste which shows off in the smallest details. The select of burl wood trims with marble patterns, stylish lighting fixtures… Rooms are spacious and full of technology. Bathroom with heat floor and even ironized glass which offers instant privacy with a click of a button. This hotel alone is worth couple nights of stay where one could plan a getaway from the city life and fully immerse themselves in the hotel’s garden trails. This hotel is great for tourists who prioritize monetary value as It’s essentially a five star luxury resort for a fraction of the price. However, for those who enjoy a slower pace and a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy tourisy area it offers more. This hotel had become an integral part of my spiritual retreat escaping city and exploring the FANJING mountain area. Fanjingshan Villa truly lives up to its name as a resort! The overall area is massive, and it even has charming hillside courtyards. We arrived at 11 PM, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. They offered a complimentary fruit platter and upgraded us to a family room, which was a very spacious duplex with a kitchen. The bathroom and toilet were separate. There was even a small courtyard right outside with a stone table and stools. The resort is conveniently located 5 km from the Fanjingshan East Gate ticket office, about a 10-minute drive. Getting Fanjingshan tickets in the summer is notoriously difficult, but we actually met someone here who helped us get them! What luck! Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. The environment is excellent, the facilities are great, and the service is top-notch! It's a high-class resort, which was evident from the fact that most of the cars in the parking lot last night were luxury brands.

This guesthouse is incredibly charming and tastefully decorated. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and the breakfast spread is generous. The small river outside is picturesque, and there's even a jogging path, perfect for a post-dinner stroll. The butler service was exceptionally warm and attentive – highly commendable! 👍 It's also very conveniently located, just a 20-minute drive from Fanjing Mountain. Definitely recommended!

Welcome fruit and snacks as well as a mountaineering gift bag are provided when you check in. , compared with the environment and facilities, the price is very good. There is a business downstairs, which is very convenient for eating. What is particularly worth mentioning is the attentive and attentive reception at the hotel's front desk. It feels like a five-star hotel butler. It is recommended to stay here when visiting Fanjing Mountain. The price/performance ratio is excellent.
