Anonymous UserThis hotel is fantastic, comparable to a five-star hotel. Every staff member is polite, courteous, and courteous. The hotel's location is also excellent, right next to National Highway 318, with ample space in front and comfortable parking. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, and even though we prefer lighter flavors, we still enjoyed delicious food. The humidifier automatically turned on as soon as we entered the room, ensuring a consistently fresh and oxygen-rich environment throughout the night. All the amenities are top-notch, and the surfaces feel smooth and comfortable to use.

Guest UserThis hotel offers excellent value for money! Located in Everest Town, the hotel helped us book seats on the scenic shuttle bus. When we went, it departed right on time, and the friendly front desk guy even walked us to the pick-up spot, though it was very close. The scenic bus ride to Base Camp takes about 40 minutes and the road conditions were great. The hotel's overall decor is a simple European style, with comfortable and warm colors. The room facilities are complete and well-maintained, with oxygen and underfloor heating both working effectively. What truly stood out was the centralized humidifier, the only one we encountered during our entire trip in Tibet, which made sleeping incredibly comfortable. The restaurant environment was also very clean. Before our arrival, they proactively contacted us with information about the hotel's location and check-in details, and even provided reminders about high-altitude precautions, showing great warmth and professionalism. Upon check-out, they thoughtfully provided glucose drinks, demonstrating truly comprehensive and personalized service. Honestly, I never expected such a comfortable hotel near Everest Base Camp. Highly recommended!

Tiniziyou-Amenities: The room was fully equipped, and you could tell a lot of thought went into every detail.
Cleanliness: Extremely clean, which made for a very comfortable stay.
Environment: Great location, with plenty of dining options nearby and convenient transportation.
Service: Absolutely five-star, even though it's a small town, the service was exceptional. The hotel called in the morning to confirm our itinerary, added us on WeChat to answer questions, helped us arrange transportation to the scenic area upon check-in, and we found fruit in our room with the floor heating already on and oxygen turned on. When they learned we'd be heading to Gawula Pass for sunrise and would miss breakfast, they proactively refunded the breakfast fee and even prepared two packed meals for us. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. I highly recommend experiencing it for yourselves!

Guest UserI highly recommend the Yunzuo Xingguang Hotel (Everest Town branch). It was the best accommodation experience during our Everest trip. First, the front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and efficient with check-in. They actively helped with luggage, carefully explained precautions for high-altitude travel, and patiently answered all our questions about getting to Everest Base Camp. Their service was truly heartwarming.
The hotel has a spacious parking lot with plenty of spots, making it super convenient for self-driving guests – no need to worry about finding a space, which is a huge relief. The diffused oxygen supply in the room was excellent, providing a stable and ample flow of oxygen. Even at an altitude of over 4,000 meters, we experienced no altitude sickness symptoms like headaches or chest tightness. Plus, with underfloor heating throughout the room, it was very warm at night, allowing us to sleep comfortably all night long and completely shake off our travel fatigue.
The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with a good balance of dishes, including noodles, porridge, various side dishes, and hot food. The taste was great, and we could eat our fill, ensuring we had plenty of energy for our trip to see Mount Everest. The guest rooms were clean and tidy, with complete facilities and a stable hot water supply in the bathroom. Whether you're self-driving or taking a chartered car, this hotel is perfectly suited. If you're coming to Everest Town, you absolutely must choose this place. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel is very clean and bright, with good facilities. The front desk is decorated in ******* style, and there are many locals staying here, such as monks. The breakfast is the most abundant hotel I have ever met, with both Chinese and ******* options. The most important thing is that it is pet-friendly! The hotel provides laundry service, but I asked by phone and was told that if there are more than two pieces, they will be charged separately. You can see the price list at the front desk.

This hotel made me feel at home on the plateau.
I have to give a huge thumbs up to the Gyirong Chomo Langzong Hotel! I didn't have high expectations for a high-altitude stay, but I was blown away the moment I walked in—a rich ******* style blended with modern design. The lobby was filled with a faint scent of ******* incense, instantly soothing the fatigue from the bumpy ride.
· Before I could even speak as I got off the car, a young man with a super-smiling smile came trotting over to take my luggage (I later learned it was Xiao Rui!)
· They proactively upgraded our room upon check-in, and upon entering the room, we were served hot soy milk and fruit.
· The recommended, non-influenced viewpoint was absolutely amazing! I captured the full view of Jinshan Mountain in the sun!
I'll definitely be booking this hotel next time I'm in Tibet!

The hotel booked on Trip.com did not disappoint me. The hotel is clean, spacious and bright, and has its own backyard parking lot. It is really convenient and friendly for people traveling by car. The hotel manager is a handsome guy, especially warm, thoughtful and meticulous service, personally help with luggage, help introduce the tourist route, more touching is that he also personally help contact the hotel in Gang Rinpozi, really let our old couple warm heart. The hotel has oxygen supply equipment and floor heating. Living here, my heart has been surrounded by warmth. I wish the store a prosperous financial source, and I also wish the hotel manager and service staff a safe life.

I have to give this hotel a huge thumbs up! We had a small issue when checking in, but the staff quickly resolved it with an excellent attitude. The room amenities were complete, and the toiletries were high quality. Even the blackout curtains were fantastic, which was a huge plus for us late sleepers. The soundproofing was also great; it was incredibly quiet at night. Excellent value for money, highly recommend!
