A particularly comfortable homestay, the proprietress is particularly good at service, and will pick up and drop off to the station. Thanks to the store for its service. The facilities inside are also very complete, the scenery in the yard is also beautiful, the bridge is flowing, and there are many small goldfish.

The room was quite new and clean. Housekeeping kindly provided several bottles of water, which I appreciated. The hotel is just over a kilometer from the tourist center, so it was very convenient to get a taxi. The front desk called me in advance to choose a room based on my preferences, which was a nice touch. They thoughtfully provided raincoats and gloves during check-in. My pants and shoes got wet from a rainy hike, so I changed in the restroom on the first floor. The front desk even offered disposable slippers, which again, I was grateful for.

Such a high-quality experience undoubtedly enhances any trip and is definitely worth recommending to more friends.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The room was huge — with two queen beds — and everything felt very new, clean, and well maintained. Super comfortable overall. One of the highlights was the hotel transport service. They provided transfers to the train station, and also sent us to and picked us up from the Huashan Tourist Centre, which made our trip to Huashan incredibly convenient and hassle-free. The staff were very friendly and thoughtful. They even gave us free gloves and bottled water, which was a really nice touch, especially for the hike. Another bonus is the Hunan restaurant in the hotel — easily one of the best Hunan meals we’ve had. Great taste, generous portions, and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Huashan!

The hotel staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They offered free, punctual pick-up and drop-off services to and from all three train stations serving Mount Hua, as well as the visitor center. On our second day, after checking out, we left our luggage at the front desk and headed off to hike Mount Hua. After our climb, we decided to try our luck and see if the hotel could pick us up again. To our delight, the front desk attendant immediately and cheerfully agreed, and even proactively arranged complimentary drop-off service to the station.

I would come back again. Just that view on a mountain was awesome, birds chirping in the morning...at least until 7.30 when buses will start to drive. It actually looks better in reality. We came with a car, but it's easy to get there by public transportation too (delivery can enter as well). Twin rooms are more spacious than a tent with a bunk bed, that's what I saw. High ceilings, wood inside ( with a bit strong smell of acrylic paint that eventually disappeared, pretty comfortable beds for western standard, clean floors...a bathroom was the most outdated facility, a more cleaning in a shower area would be welcome. An AC worked normally, a water kettle, toiletries, everything was fine. Chinese breakfast, no coffee or bread, but you could choose other things for yourself. A swimming pool was not working. Great spots for barbecue, lots of shadow, little water streams, spots for kids to play outside. Kind and helpful personal, fast on answer, with basic English. Nature was amazing.

This is good value for money, but the breakfast was a waste as I didn't have time to eat it. I requested a room with a mountain view, but I was assigned a room on the ground floor. The parking space was right outside the window, and there were three large trash cans nearby, which smelled quite bad. The view wasn't great either. So, if rooms are scarce and you've specifically requested a ground floor room, don't choose a mountain view room to avoid wasting your time. One commendable aspect is the shuttle service to the station; this was arranged quite promptly, which was good.

This place is really close to the Huashan Tourist Center, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is super convenient. We stayed during the Chinese New Year, and for just over 100 RMB, it included a double breakfast – seriously, what a great deal! (The night before, we stayed at a nearby hot spring hotel for about 500 RMB, which felt like a rip-off, especially since breakfast wasn't included and we had to buy a separate 29.9 RMB hot spring ticket, otherwise it would've been 800+!). The courtyard is spacious, and parking is easy. The only minor issue was that the room was way too hot. Even with the AC off, it was still sweltering, and I couldn't figure out how to switch it to cold air.

The Huashan Yazhi Hotel (Huashan Tourist Center Branch) is a smart choice for independent travelers looking to hike Huashan. Its location is excellent, just 500 meters from the shuttle bus station at the Huashan Tourist Center. There are plenty of convenient dining options nearby, with many clean Shaanxi specialty restaurants offering fair prices. The hotel staff are very welcoming and helped with our luggage. The room was clean and hygienic. As a Ctrip Platinum member, I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite on the third floor. The room had a large balcony where we could relax, play cards, drink tea, and there was even a clothes rack! Breakfast was also plentiful and satisfying. I chose this hotel after extensive online research, and it certainly didn't disappoint. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Huashan and will recommend it to friends!

The hotel that has just been renovated this year has not had much price increase during the National Day Mid-Autumn Festival holiday. The room has no smell. The style is similar to the mid-to-high-end brand under Huazhu, so it feels very comfortable!
