Salty Tears
It was top notch, even tho the staff knew little bit of English but were in China so that’s not important, they did an amazing work to getting me checked in to showing me a map of where to go on the Mount Hua for the fastest route and the fastest back to catch my train later. They even offered to take me to the train station!
I thank you the staff for helping me and guiding me!

zyh0701The hotel boasts a prime location, approximately 3 kilometers by car from the Huashan Visitor Center. Upon returning from the hike, the hotel lobby was exquisitely elegant, the aroma of hot coffee and milk comforting, and the service was attentive and efficient! Entering the room, even the standard room was spacious, bright, clean, and cozy! The intelligent voice control and robot service system instantly relieved our fatigue! The bedroom, shower, and toilet all featured separate wet and dry areas, and the hairdryer was well-designed with a fast, stable, and comfortable airflow! The breakfast was particularly noteworthy and a pleasant surprise, offering a wide variety of nutritious options; the oatmeal alone was of five-star chef quality! I drank three bowls in one go! My family felt energized after breakfast… This was the most tiring stop on our trip, but also the best and most satisfying! Hope Orange keeps up the good work!

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The room was huge — with two queen beds — and everything felt very new, clean, and well maintained. Super comfortable overall.
One of the highlights was the hotel transport service. They provided transfers to the train station, and also sent us to and picked us up from the Huashan Tourist Centre, which made our trip to Huashan incredibly convenient and hassle-free.
The staff were very friendly and thoughtful. They even gave us free gloves and bottled water, which was a really nice touch, especially for the hike.
Another bonus is the Hunan restaurant in the hotel — easily one of the best Hunan meals we’ve had. Great taste, generous portions, and very reasonable prices.
Highly recommended if you’re visiting Huashan!

Shirin-甜甜The location was perfect! Right next to Hua mountain! We were there with my friends for about 3 days and I enjoyed every minute of my trip. The room was really clean and quiet. The scenery was just amazing and the staff were very nice and friendly. We took meat and veggies there and borrowed a barbecue and had perfect food there. The breakfast was not bad mostly Chinese style. The camping area was really quiet and I was literally shocked by all the quietness! Because we went there during national holidays and I thought it would be crowded and noisy but vise-versa! It’s a perfect place to relax and avoid the crowds and craziness of the city! There are so many convenient stores and even Chagee and KfC nearby! We loved it🤩❤️

Best-TeoOne of my favourite stays in my 30 days trip in China. Free pick up and drop off at the train station. And also free shuttle service to Huashan scenic area. The service was excellent. We stored our bags in the hotel and went for one day hike in Huashan. Upon completion, the driver came with our luggage at the scenic area and drop us off at the station.
The recept 任宝青is very friendly and always ready to serve. Any requests via the wechat is promptly attended to. 5 stars for her service. She even reminded us of the weather and what to wear for our hike.
Rooms are nicely decorated and beds are very comfortable. My only regret was it was a short stay. I wished I could have stayed one more night.
Highly recommended.

Guest UserThe hotel is very conveniently located, 15-20 minutes walk to the foot of the mountain, to the tourist center, to various parks, etc. (Taxi around the city starts from 10 yuan). We were met at the station and taken to the station. The breakfast is delicious, there is a lot to choose from. The hotel has a small garden, it is a pleasure to sit there at night. I recommend it to everyone who is planning an active holiday. The last two photos are a lotus next to the tourist center

Guest UserRecommend this hotel for Huashan tourism! The price is 50 yuan more expensive than those famous hotels, but it is a four-star hotel, which is very cost-effective. Although I booked only one pick-up, the hotel still sent me three times, one high-speed rail pick-up, one high-speed rail drop-off, and one drop-off to Mount Huashan. The driver was very enthusiastic, the front desk clerk was also very considerate, the hotel was large and the hygiene was quite good. The cleaning lady saw our clothes hanging on the windowsill and took the initiative to plug in the power cord for the room and turn on the air conditioner so that the clothes dried quickly. recommend

This is good value for money, but the breakfast was a waste as I didn't have time to eat it.
I requested a room with a mountain view, but I was assigned a room on the ground floor. The parking space was right outside the window, and there were three large trash cans nearby, which smelled quite bad. The view wasn't great either. So, if rooms are scarce and you've specifically requested a ground floor room, don't choose a mountain view room to avoid wasting your time.
One commendable aspect is the shuttle service to the station; this was arranged quite promptly, which was good.

This hotel boasts an excellent location right next to the Huashan Tourist Center, and it's not far from attractions like the Temple of the Five Peaks and Yuquan Temple, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around, so dining and shopping are a breeze. Both the hotel's facilities and service are great, very welcoming to tourists, and definitely worth experiencing.

Anonymous UserThe room is relatively new,
The air conditioner is good and the noise is not big.
Parking:
Less parking spaces in front of the door, more regular;
There are more parking spaces in the backyard, but some messy.
The front desk clerk has been OK.
The catering department next to the cooperation, there are fast food, rich and frugal, and the taste of ordering is OK.
The waiter's attitude can be.
But on the third day, the hotel staff was slack in all aspects:
The room was cleaned, no toilet paper, and two more bottles of water were not put.
The laundry room, the filter of the two dryers is dirty, as shown in Figures 4, and Figure 5,
A little dirty, I usually clean it myself. It’s so dirty. It’s obviously that the guests who use the dryer in front are not conscious and manageable. On the one hand, the hotel staff also have dereliction of duty: so I told the front desk that I need to clean it up.
After half an hour I went to dry and found that I hadn't cleaned up - I cleaned up the lesser one myself, as shown in figure six.
