No one took care of my luggage when I checked out. I had to pick up the car, move it, load it, and return it by myself. No one cared about it. The two front desk staff didn't even say hello, and they didn't help me even if they were busy. The overall feeling was cold, and I didn't feel at home. I was very disappointed.

There are many restaurants nearby, and the hotel itself also has an outdoor restaurant, making dining quite convenient. Parking is available in both surface and underground parking lots, with entrances and exits adjacent to each other, allowing for flexible selection. Personally, I found the surface parking more convenient, as it's seamlessly integrated with the elevators and lobby.

I booked the Camellia Hotel several years ago and was deeply impressed. Now I'm revisiting, and it's a pity that the buildings next door still haven't been completed. However, the overall environment is still very nice, and it's next to Xinyang Nanwan Lake, which is very beautiful and convenient. I recommend it.
