4-Star Hotels in Xinyang

I chose Mercure for a business trip to Xinyang. I have always been Huazhu Platinum. Now I have not used it for a long time. I have dropped the gold card. The front desk service is very good. It is very intimate to upgrade to the tall. The location is very convenient. There is Xinyang local mall West Asia downstairs. Breakfast is also more than the whole season. I will come again in the future.

We chose this hotel when visiting my husband's hometown for Chinese New Year. The facilities and food were quite satisfactory, considered pretty good for the local area, and the service during the holiday wasn't bad either. However, the bedding was surprisingly unclean, leaving my baby covered in bites that took over three months to heal. That's absolutely unacceptable!

The hotel is very close to Xinyang East Railway Station, just a 9-minute walk from the entrance. It's probably the closest hotel to the station. The front desk service is excellent. There's a restaurant on the second floor where you can eat all three meals; the food is quite good. The rooms are clean, and parking is convenient.

A very nice hotel, located on a main road with convenient access, not far from the highway exit. There are many restaurants nearby, and the hotel itself also has an outdoor restaurant, making dining quite convenient. Parking is available in both surface and underground parking lots, with entrances and exits adjacent to each other, allowing for flexible selection. Personally, I found the surface parking more convenient, as it's seamlessly integrated with the elevators and lobby.

I booked the Camellia Hotel several years ago and was deeply impressed. Now I'm revisiting, and it's a pity that the buildings next door still haven't been completed. However, the overall environment is still very nice, and it's next to Xinyang Nanwan Lake, which is very beautiful and convenient. I recommend it.

I stayed here before and it was pretty good, so I chose it again. But it felt totally wrong this time. No one greeted me when I entered the hotel. There were several people at the front desk, and no one was checking in. No one looked up, and no one greeted me. The room was not cleaned properly, and there were things left by guests on the floor. No one took care of my luggage when I checked out. I had to pick up the car, move it, load it, and return it by myself. No one cared about it. The two front desk staff didn't even say hello, and they didn't help me even if they were busy. The overall feeling was cold, and I didn't feel at home. I was very disappointed.

The hotel has an elegant environment, simple decoration and clean atmosphere, and the public area is clean and odorless. The rooms are fully equipped, soundproofed, quiet and not noisy. The staff is gentle and caring, the front desk Xiao Zhang service is professional and patient, the price is super high, the first choice for business trips, really recommend!

The room is quite big, although not very new, but very clean. The water from the faucet is too urgent and it hurts a little.

Hotel location is convenient, parking is convenient, service attitude is good, hotel facilities are complete, the lobby is large, the front desk staff is good, intimate, check-in is fast, the room is clean and tidy, the network is strong, the bed is large, the bathroom is clean, the bath is comfortable, the room attendant is warm, take the initiative to say hello, cost-effective!

Before the Qingming holiday, I went back to my hometown to stay in Zhongzhou. The sanitary conditions were very good and the service was in place. I took the children back to my hometown for the first time. The children were not satisfied with the stomach. The hotel made millet porridge and sent fruit to the room every day. Praise, will come to live next time.
