4-Star Hotels in Xinyang

The hotel was great clean and no smell of smoke in room (hard to find in china) staff were lovely, only a couple of negatives i wanted to point out for western travelers theres a little faulse advertising on their page, theres no english speaking staff, theres no cafe and the coffee machine in lobby looks amazing and inviting but there was never milk in it over the two days i was there and finding a good coffee in china is sooooo hard also not the staff fault at all but the room soundproofing isnt amazing no street noises but can definitely hear toilet and shower of the next room

The hotel is very clean and the front desk is very helpful. The robot send needed stuff to room is fantastic! The breakfast has many choices and delicious. Will stay the same hotel in the future

The hotel is very close to Xinyang East Railway Station, just a 9-minute walk from the entrance. It's probably the closest hotel to the station. The front desk service is excellent. There's a restaurant on the second floor where you can eat all three meals; the food is quite good. The rooms are clean, and parking is convenient.

I have lived in so many hotels, this one still makes my eyes shine! In the Spring Festival period, the room layout is still warm and comfortable, and the details show the quality. The front desk staff was warm and caring, and the check-in was quick and met my various needs. For me on a business trip, the location is excellent, the surrounding food and attractions are all available, so I am super satisfied with this trip!
