It is located at the north gate of the ancient commercial city, just four or five shops inside, very convenient. The room was very clean and tidy. We lived on the first floor. When we opened the curtains, we could see the garden view, which made us feel comfortable. The young man and sister at the front desk were warm and attentive, and the children were reluctant to leave.

I like the design room very much. The room is simple and stylish. The room also has tea hanging ear coffee. The current kettle has been upgraded. It is convenient to make hanging ear coffee. The hair dryer is very similar to Dyson. The wind is very strong. The toothpaste is also better than the previous one. The taste is fragrant and pleasant. The bedding is delicate and the pillow is also your own. The brand is more comfortable to sleep. The lounge on the first floor is very well designed. The tables and chairs are very high-end. The books are very rich. According to the unified color system, the details are full. The waiters are very enthusiastic. The first choice for business trips is the whole season. This is a very good hotel in the whole season.

There are various convenience stores near the hotel, and there is a food stall opposite McDonald's. It is not far from the tourist attractions. There is warm water and souvenirs when checking out, and tea when checking in. There is a bamboo house in the hotel lobby. The hotel rooms have good sound insulation, the breakfast variety is very rich, and the overall service is also very good. I will stay here next time.

This stay was particularly comfortable. The hotel environment is elegant and quiet, the rooms are clean and refreshing, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the night is good. The room is quite spacious and new! The breakfast was also okay; the auntie helped us find some Western food. The breakfast area was not warm enough that weekend (outside temperature was around -5 degrees), so the hotel staff opened a big hall with better heating and allowed everyone to have breakfast there.

The hotel's location is excellent, transportation is convenient, and the facilities are well-equipped and functioning properly. From the moment I checked in, I could feel the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The room was very stylish, and I took some photos, especially the lobby and the sightseeing elevator. The bathroom was spotless, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was truly excellent, light and non-greasy, with a wide variety of dishes, a blend of Chinese and Western cuisine. They even had chicken wonton soup, which was a great experience! ✨✨🌟

I went to Zibo for a musical show at Zibo Grand Theater and Hilton Garden Inn Zibo is a perfect location which is only 5-mins walk away. The hotel is relatively new and I have booked the Premier Twin room which has more than enough room space for 3 persons staying, even after an extra tollaway bed has been added. The interior is well-furnished and well-maintained. The front desk staffs are all friendly and helpful. However, there are few facilities in the hotel especially food. There is a restaurant on the 5/F but the food list on the menu is relatively short and portion is relatively big for single traveller or a couple. Besides, no room service for food during my stay despite there is a long list of F&B menu inside the room.

The environment is great, and every staff member at the front desk was patient and enthusiastic, always ready to answer questions. Housekeeping on the floors was efficient and kept everything tidy, and they responded promptly. A special thanks to the night security guard; when my elderly parent felt unwell late at night and went to the ground floor to ask about hospitals, the security guard kindly gave directions and even poured hot water for them. Overall, the stay was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

I highly recommend the Yueshanhe Hotel! The location is excellent, close to a shopping district, making it very convenient for getting around. The room is spacious with great natural light, and everything is controlled by smart technology. The hot water supply is consistent. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the bedding and toiletries are high quality. The 24-hour front desk service is attentive, and they even proactively offer sightseeing tips. The soundproofing is good, so my rest wasn't disturbed. The free parking and self-service laundry are very practical. Overall, it offers great value for money, perfect for both short trips and business travel.

This was my second visit to Zibo, and this time the stay was exceptionally good, exceeding my expectations, so it definitely deserves a full score. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Eight Bureaus area, making dining and getting around very convenient. On the first day, the evening shift front desk attendant was incredibly patient and thorough. When she learned we needed two rooms on the same floor, she proactively upgraded one of our rooms. The staff were all polite and gentle, and any requests we had were addressed promptly. The room was spacious, clean, and free of any strange odors. The bedding was fluffy and comfortable against the skin, and there was a refrigerator and a safe. For such an affordable price, the value for money was absolutely outstanding! We changed our plans for the next day and extended our stay for another night. A big thank you to the lovely manager, employee ID 202, who not only arranged our extended stay in the original room but also gave my daughter a beautiful bracelet. Hospitable Shandong truly makes you feel at home with such thoughtful details. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Zibo.
