4-Star Hotels in Nuremberg

It's close to the train station and takes less than 10 minutes to walk there. There are many restaurants around, and it is also close to the commercial street. There are supermarkets, Burger King, and McDonald's inside the train station. It's no problem if you are not used to local food. This location is very convenient. The apartment is quite large and has a terrace. Breakfast is at the ramen restaurant next to the hotel. There is a door directly through the hotel. At first glance, there doesn’t seem to be that much on display, and it’s not as sumptuous as those in some star-rated hotels, but the food here is the most comfortable and sumptuous among all the foreign hotels I’ve stayed in. Most of the restaurant employees are Vietnamese and speak average English, but they are very simple and work quietly. There was a middle-aged German female employee who was good at communication and very enthusiastic and meticulous. She didn't come the next day. In order to avoid others not understanding my needs, she specifically told them that she wanted to heat the meat for me before she left. Sure enough, when I was about to eat, they brought the heated fish and meat before I said anything. At No. 16 Spitalgasse, about 15 minutes' walk from the hotel, there is a very good German-style restaurant. Unlike other restaurants that put all the tables on the street, this restaurant is not easy to see from the outside, but the taste is very good and the price is good. Fairly, the portion is relatively large. Girls may need one portion of the main dish for two people. There are two Chinese waiters in the restaurant who speak Cantonese, which makes ordering a lot easier. If I go to Nuremberg again, I will choose this hotel again.

Отличный отель! Расположение супер - недалеко вокзал и метро, и до центра 5 минут пешком. Все стильно оформлено, номер предложили ”Улленшпигель” (51)- шикарный. Персонал любезнейший. Не работал холодильник - заменили, не работал ТВ - сразу починили. Чисто, уютно. Завтраки отличные - все в баночках, свежее. Разнообразно и вкусно. Вечером даже что-то наливают в холле. Очень рекомендую!

This is our favourite hotel in Nuremberg!! Attention to detail on every step of the experience, their crews were simply amazing! They are happy to serve you, not one person but every staff that I encountered. I got a surprise birthday cake in my room with a hand written note, am truly grateful and heartfelt. So thank you, Karl August your neighbourhood hotel. 5 stars and beyond. We will be back again for sure!

Kinda difficult to do the self check-in. Must get an access code to enter the apartment and complete the entire check-in process. The rooms are basically perfect though.

Breakfast is great and the staff are friendly. But for a 4 star, the bedding feels a bit old and poor. The location is near the residential area, so it's quiet, but it's outside than I thought, so transportation is a bit inconvenient for sightseeing in the city.

the room was beautiful and spacious, and breakfast was adequate, though some variety would have been a bonus. quiet location away from the hustle and bustle was something we appreciated! however, perhaps we’re not used to this, but no water and no fridge were provided. also, there was a constant sewage smell from the toilet bowl. overall, still a pleasant stay and good value for what we paid:)

Very convenient location from the central station, just take the lift from the platform down to the passage underneath, one way to the hotel and another way to the shopping mall. Stay away from the busy old town but can walk their in 10 minutes. Improvement on the instruction to the hotel from the cental station : direct the customers to take the lift at the end of the platform, after reaching the passage underneath, go towards the larger numbers of platform and the exit for the hotel will be there. When we arrived at the station, there were so many people going up and down and no indication for lifts, maybe in German!

That's an ok hotel. They had serious issues with the room keys so checking in took forever and the staff had to accompany me twice to the room until they understood that it's really the key that's not working. And I was not the only guest with this problem this evening. I'd definitely hoped for a more professional behavior.

It is very close to the exhibition center, a 15-minute walk, which is quite convenient for people attending meetings. The front desk staff is very professional and can call a taxi for you. There is a kettle in the room, but no toothpaste and slippers. Fortunately, I brought my own. Everything else is good, and there is heating. The hotel has a buffet on Saturday morning. The breakfast room is clean and tidy, with a rich variety of dishes, including Nuremberg's specialty small intestines, salmon and various fruits. But I don't know why, starting from Monday, breakfast is no longer a buffet. It is changed to staff serving according to portions. The amount of dishes is large, but the variety is much less. Maybe there is no exhibition on Monday, so there are fewer people? There is a beautiful country park next to it. But you can't have your cake and eat it too. It's about 5 kilometers away from the city, and it costs about 18 euros to take a taxi. In short, it is still very convenient for meetings.

It is a hotel enough for college students to stay on a trip. I highly recommend it. It's a little far from Nuremberg Central Station, but it's about 10 minutes away. Also, a taxi will arrive in that time. However, you have to walk about 10 minutes from the nearest station of the hotel. It is said to be safe because the road is not very light and scary, but you can't go unless you pay enough attention.
