This was a very large hotel with many sections; easy to get lost in. Overall very comfortable. The staff were very kind and allowed an early check in nearly 11am when normally the check in was 3pm. Very generous. We had lunch in the hotel restaurant. Very spacious dining room, many attentive staff. Lunch was very good. Dinner and breakfast very good also. This location was high up on the mountain 1800m; so no other restaurants around. Glad the food was very good here. We were directly across from a volcano vent. At night we could hear the loud howling of the steam releasing or the wind blowing through the windows. It was a high pitch sound similar to a high speed motorcycle. Took some getting use to the volatile nature around us. Nature is often unpredictable. We may return for ski season. There are only 4 ski lifts here. But looks like some dynamic huge drop offs. Not for beginners. We hiked nearby; spectacular views. No sign of bears but everyone carried their bear bells religiously. The onsen was well maintained with staff cleaning and water testing daily. Heavy sulfur content can be seen at the bottom of the bath. There’s also an outdoor ‘mixed’ onsen. We needed to print a document from our phones, needed assistance with the washing machine. Everyone was so kind and accommodating at this hotel. Just a lovely stay.

Visited Palcall with my girlfriend this February to learn how to snowboard and had an amazing time. The staff were incredibly friendly, from the person who picks you up from the train station, to the front desk, to the ski rental operators all the way through to the wait staff serving the food. Rooms were spacious and clean, food was great with a buffet in the morning and evening. The skiing in the resort is really good as well, with lots of runs for both beginners to advanced. I really recommend this place for couples, families or even with a group of friends!

It's been ９ years since I visited here. The good thing about this hotel is that the room was very large, very private, very relaxing, and I had a meaningful time. This time, I didn't eat at the buffet venue because I was in the corona, so I took it back to my room and ate. I think this was good because I was able to eat while watching TV in the room, and I didn't worry about infection. Is the bath flowing directly from the source? I don't know, but I think it was very good. The negative point is that the Wi-Fi in the room is now cut off in the middle of the pass, and even if it is connected, the speed is slow and useless. ９ I visited for the first time in a year, but the previous Vikings were very satisfied with the number of items, but this time there were not many items, and it was very disappointing that it was the same every day. However, the hotel life with a lot of private feeling is the best. I will use it again next time.

It was the first time in ten years to visit Manza Onsen, and I was looking forward to it because it was an inn that I had wanted to go to before, but it was a very disappointing result for me. [② The lighting in the room is hanging too low, so hit your head] I'm not tall, but I hit it many times even if I'm careful. Perhaps other customers have hit it so far, and even if you say this to the front desk, you just have a face saying ”so what”. I'm not saying anything to apologize. Just shorten the power cable to the lighting. I don't think this is difficult, so I think the correct answer is to deal with it immediately. Well, it can be said that it was bad that I chose a cheap room with a stingy. If you can afford the circumstances, it is a good idea to choose a room with a high price. The food was clearly divided, but the taste itself was delicious. But is the number of items really small? The bath was great! The hot spring mori was inspected from the early morning, and I thought it was a stone as an inn of the hot spring pride. I'm grateful that there is heating in the dressing room of the large communal bath and it's a place where it's cold even in summer. Even after checking out, he said he would be okay to take a hot spring, so I enjoyed the famous hot springs of Manza while making many round trips between the large communal bath and my car. The amenities were substantial, and I'm glad to take detailed consideration such as putting glasses in the refrigerator and cooling them, but I'm sorry, but I'm not going to visit again. We will stay at a regular inn in Kusatsu Onsen to Manza Onsen and stop at various facilities on a day trip. Thank you for your help.

We stayed in a cottage with 4 family members. The cottage in the woods had a private feeling, and the bed mattress was not too hard and not too soft, which was just right. It was a pity that the unit type bath was small, but everything else was satisfactory. Meals are served in the restaurant on the 2nd floor of the main building, which serves French cuisine. I was worried that the space between the seats was narrow, but the staff 々's words and attention were polite and impressed. Breakfast was also Western and the bread was delicious. It is recommended for families because it has good access to Karuizawa's main tourist spots.
