"I have used this hotel for many times, more than 10.
Mostly, it was satisfactory but there are a few things to make comments.
1, There was no soap. Hence, I had to use shower gel whenever I wash my hands.
2, The hotel need to be careful when they cleaned the bathroom. I found some dirty there.
Except these two, all was fine."
