The large pool villa, which I initially thought was isolated based on the map, is actually in a great location. It's close to 7-11 and Lotus's at the entrance of the alley, making it convenient for buying groceries and drinks. The village feels very safe, with security guards patrolling 24/7. The house exceeded my expectations, especially for the affordable price. It's spacious, has a pool table, and the common areas are well-equipped with a full kitchen. They clearly state there's a 300 THB cleaning fee if you don't wash up yourself. All three bedrooms are good, clean, and have comfortable beds. The main common area has a large projector screen, like having an outdoor cinema indoors, though the Mi Box remote could be a bit more responsive. There's an AC wall charger available for 300 THB per night as a flat fee. If you think it's not worth it, there are plenty of charging stations not too far away on Khao Lam Road. Overall, I think this house is a great, convenient, and good value option. Booking through Trip was also cheaper than booking directly with the company.

The hotel facilities, beds and bedding are very good, but the bathroom is not very good, the water in the basin and shower head is not strong enough and too small, the hygiene is still good, this price should be accompanied by breakfast to be perfect

This villa is absolutely stunning! The host was incredibly kind. I took a mini-van from Bangkok to Bang Saen for a vacation, and my timing was off. I arrived at the villa before check-in, and there was nowhere to shelter from the sun. I reached out to the host, and she graciously allowed me to check in early. I'm so grateful – encountering such a kind person in 37-degree heat truly made for a perfect travel experience. Definitely five stars! The room was also stocked with plenty of snacks and drinks, so I never had to worry about going hungry.

The service was good all around, and breakfast was fine too. Plus, the front desk staff spoke Chinese, which was a nice bonus.

The room was fairly spacious, which we appreciated. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The room cleanliness did not fully meet expectations, particularly in the shower area, which could have been cleaner. The bathroom design was also a bit inconvenient, as the sink water pressure was quite strong and tended to splash water onto clothing while washing hands. In addition, the window screen appeared to be torn, which allowed mosquitoes to enter the room. Overall, the room size was good, but improvements in cleanliness and maintenance would make the stay much more comfortable.

Overall, the room was reasonably clean and the AC was cold. There was a faint musty smell in the room. The breakfast was pretty standard, not bad and acceptable. However, there was a staff member, possibly a maintenance person, that I saw eating breakfast with the guests. He used his bare hands to pick up bread instead of the tongs provided by the hotel. It left a bad impression, as if he didn't care about the guests' feelings, especially since everyone else was using the tongs. It might seem like a minor thing to him, but to me, it felt unsanitary and inappropriate.
