Great place to stay the host has great hospitality was made to feel very welcome the villa is very tranquil and peaceful. Looked far and wide for somewhere so private and peaceful 10/10 would recommend. Beautiful pool and grounds.

KhaiziEverything was excellent, the room was big and service is great but the location was a little issue for me(solo traveling), if you came to relax and enjoy inside the resort then consider it a 5 star but I came alone and it was a little far from the city and getting a car was a hassle.
Other that everything was great

I LeanHidden Gem! This boutique resort is close to Panyaden International School and Hang Dong Golf course. Tucked away from the city and surrounded by rice fields and local culture guests experience the peaceful beauty of Chiang Mai.
It is an excellent value. The food is amazing. It is very peaceful. Recommended for those that are not looking for excitement. Excellent for digital nomads as the internet has weak security.

Considered clean, good service, may be in the alley a bit, but out of the alley is near the Seven gas station, community sources, near tourist attractions as well, large room, spacious, clean bathroom, clean rooms, good, calm, shady, worth it.
