Our cleaning company charges a $200 fee if there is any indication of any form of burning/smoke in the house.Fireplaces- All fireplaces are non-working and should not be used.-Excessive mess: If the property is left excessively dirty there will be a $100 fee for extra cleaning.-Late check-out fee: Late check-outs are allowed only if explicitly approved. If approved prior to arrival, you can check-out as late as 11:00 a.m. with no charge. There is a $25 charge per hour if we extend anytime beyond 11:00 a.m. and the latest we can let someone checkout is 1:00 p.m.-Guests must provide a working telephone number. If the telephone number does not work, then the reservation can be canceled without a refund.-We will always go above and beyond for you. That said, if you have a complaint about any aspect of the property (amenities, cleanliness, etc.) upon sharing the complaint with us or vrbo you are authorizing us to come into the property to fix it.
