Beautiful top floor ocean view beach house. Unobstructed ocean views from Swamis to La Jolla. Walkable distance to restaurants, bars and grocery store. Very friendly neighbors!Three bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Third bedroom can act as an office too. Pull out couch in this room is a TempurPedic, it is very comfortable.All Furniture in the unit is brand new. We chose to have a huge couch that is extremely comfy so guest can come back and relax after a long day.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
