An open concept Living, Dining & Kitchen areas allow for a social friendly space. Large back yard surrounded by pine trees offers plenty of play room. Outdoor sitting area to enjoy our beautiful Delaware weather. Ample parking for 3 vehicles. Just 30 minutes south on Rt.1 you'll find our famous Resort beaches of Lewes, Rehoboth, Dewey Beach and Fenwick Island. Cape Henlopen State Park is a gorgeous seaside state park with bike trails and great fishing just 40 minutes south.
