There is no reception onsite. You have to call the number indicated on the front door. The room and guest house were clean and as described but you feel the lack of interest in refurbishing. The Irish pub on the other side played live music until 3am and the (drunk) bar guests were talking lively until 4am. Quite good breakfast place just next to the guest house.

Hotel location is good, the most direct close to the sea, just on the edge of the white beach (there are two or three houses in front) the room layout is very good. If the floor is higher than the 4th floor, it will be better. Very quiet and sleep well! If you like to swim at the beach, you can consider it. From the sea view suite you can see the sea and the sunset directly!

The photos of the suite on the booking platform were misleading. Instead of fresh, bright and refurbished look, we got dark and old rooms (except for the bathroom, this was really like depicted). All my special request were „not received“. So I ended up on ground floor with direct view to the sunbeds and sofas of the pool. Cancelled my 2nd night there.

Great location good for walking around the town. The hotel is spacious and clean. The bar has good selection of drinks. A little overpriced for the size of rooms and overall for the hotel.

Valet parking costs around 30 euros. You can walk to the beach within 5 minutes.

The room was clean, except the refrigerator that had a little sandy beach, I asked for a microwave and a rollaway bed, that came immediately, but the microwave was awful. Checked in at 350 and the room wasn’t ready.  I asked the lady if she was sure it wasn’t ready. We ended up going to the beach until room was ready. At 400 the room was ready, when we had already gone to the beach.  Had to go back to the lobby and waited a while in line to get room key. They gave us late check out for noon time the next day. Fast forward the next day, housekeeping started knocking on our door at 9am. They wanted to know when we were leaving. I told them not yet.  At 10am they came around again, checking to see if we had left. Didnt give me a chance to speak to the lady since she was In a rush. At 11am once again they came around wanting to check if we had left. I told the housekeeper that we had late check out and to please stop rushing us to leave.  She apologized but at this point I was annoyed.  This location needs a lot of renovation, maintenance on the pool and re-training!

Loved our stay here, we booked some other place as we arrived in to town 1 day and they didn't have space but the other place was awful. Sirata staff were so friendly, we loved the bicycles to ride around, the rooms were clean and the amenities were great. We only stayed 3 days but from what we saw the entertainment was fun. Good tio
