Casa Cody was truly one of the most charming and memorable hotels I've ever stayed at. If you're looking for a peaceful boutique hotel with character, this is the perfect place. From the moment we walked through the gates, it felt like a hidden oasis in the middle of Palm Springs. The beautifully landscaped gardens, mature palm trees, colorful flowers, and stunning mountain views created such a relaxing atmosphere. It's hard to believe you're just a few minutes' walk from downtown because the property feels so private and quiet. Our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Every detail—from the comfortable bed and luxurious linens to the high-quality bath amenities—made the stay feel special. The room had so much personality, unlike the typical chain hotel experience. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They made us feel at home from check-in to check-out and were always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. One of my favorite parts of the stay was enjoying the complimentary breakfast by the pool each morning. Sitting outside with fresh pastries, fruit, coffee, and the peaceful desert surroundings was the perfect way to start the day. The pools were beautiful, quiet, and never felt crowded, making it easy to completely relax. The location is unbeatable. Downtown Palm Springs, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and local attractions are all within easy walking distance, yet the hotel remains wonderfully calm and secluded. We barely needed to use our car during our stay. Casa Cody has a unique charm that larger luxury resorts simply can't replicate. The combination of rich history, beautiful grounds, exceptional hospitality, and peaceful atmosphere made this one of my favorite hotel experiences. I left feeling completely refreshed and already looking forward to returning. If you're visiting Palm Springs and want a boutique hotel that feels authentic, romantic, and relaxing, I can't recommend Casa Cody highly enough.

Less than half an hour's drive from the desert Ole, there are very few people in the country. The hotel is all three-story, surrounded by golf courses. No car is not recommended. It’s too far to go to Ola in Palm Springs. Almost all of the hotel’s guests are old Americans who are going to play golf. The hotel was unsuccessful and it was withdrawn after a night. There is an open air swimming pool and a constant temperature.

Everything is good but when we had breakfast buffet i thought its only $16 per pax its in your apps but we got billed its $30 per person so 2 person is $60 too much for a breakfast as i dont really eat much...

The hotel is medium in size and has a good interior environment. The room is large, the sofa bed is comfortable, and the balcony overlooks the golf course, which is a good view. The gym is a little small. The front desk is efficient and gave us an introduction map. No breakfast is provided.

Super nice staff and a location right in the middle of the main stretch of Palm Springs. Free shuttle to and from the airport! They had fun events like karaoke and bingo on Thursday & Friday. Pool and hot tub were decent. The room itself is big, but kinda dirty. Our room didn't have a view but the price was right.

Beautiful, charming and aesthetic renovations to the interiors of the property and pool grounds. However, when you drive up, the exterior could benefit from a fresh coat of paint on the classic, 70s aesthetic rock. If you didn’t know the property had been updated, you would be an off-put. Once inside, the lobby, restaurant and rooms have been redone to a mid-century vibe. The hotel still has a retro vibe and is Instagram-worthy. Although aesthetics have been updated, the infrastructure remains. I was on the ground floor & could hear the footsteps of guests above walking back and forth in the early morning. Around 3am, I heard those guests or ones next door arriving back to their room. I would choose a higher floor if I returned. TV uses Apple TV which was annoying having to log in. Finally logged in and it said the tv had to be updated to a newer version. Would be better if they didn’t use this interface and just had commonly used apps everyone could log into like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. I gave up & ended up scrolling my phone at 10pm. Pool area has a lovely bar I didn’t get to experience, but lots of seating areas, a cornhole area and cabanas and open loungers. Pool ranges from 3-8 feet, nothing huge and was moderately heated for a 10:30am swim. No jacuzzi unfortunately. Other: Hotel uses Le Labo products. There is an elevator on the property. Free parking onsite. Located at the end of Palm Canyon Dr. so short drive to downtown, but not as walkable is one downside. All in all, great property!

The hotel rooms here are incredible! My stay here was so relaxing and comfortable. You'll have to take a car to reach most of the nightlife. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with the staff they where impatient and when we checked in the lady at the desk was downright rude. Which is a real bummer because the setup of the hotel makes it really hard to find your room without help from a staff member. I know that working with people all day can be tough and I would be happy to give them another chance because everything else was so nice.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Grand Hi Lai Hotel. I could feel their thoughtfulness and professionalism from the moment I arrived. The reception staff was friendly and polite, and the check-in was fast and efficient, which made people feel relaxed immediately. The overall environment of the hotel is very well maintained. Both the lobby and guest rooms are clean and tidy, and the decoration is elegant yet modern. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the amenities are complete, and even the details such as sockets and lighting design are very thoughtful. The bathroom space is also quite spacious, with stable hot water and strong water pressure, making it very comfortable to use. The breakfast has a rich variety, including Chinese and Western options, the ingredients are fresh, and the meal is replenished quickly, which makes you feel the hotel's insistence on quality. If you have time, I highly recommend the restaurant in the hotel. Both Chinese and Western food are of high quality. Overall, whether it is the hardware facilities or the service details, Grand Hi Lai Hotel has demonstrated extremely high professional standards, and it is an impeccable accommodation experience. Whether it is business or vacation, it is highly recommended and I look forward to it. hold head high

Perfect environment, great value for money. Well-equipped facilities add memorable memories during a short trip. The colorful mix makes people feel happy, and I am very moved by the pet-friendliness. If you come to Palm Springs next time, you will definitely come here.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of Palm Springs Parking costs $30 a night The room is very big and the bed is comfortable The only drawback is that there are few types of breakfast, only a la carte set menu
