GGuest UserMy entire stay was first class. The location is central and close to major venues in downtown. The lobby and common spaces were very clean. The gym and pool were amazing, clean, and top tier. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet. I would definitely return to the Stephen F Austin Royal Sonesta.

RRenzhenshuaKasa is located on the 14th, 15th and 16th floors of the entire Amli apartment building. The room is large and the view is great. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a folding comb bed in the living room. There is a kitchen for cooking, coffee and tea are provided, a washing machine dryer is provided and laundry capsules are provided. Although in down town, it is not noisy and it is convenient to go anywhere. Very close to Trader Joe, you can buy ingredients to cook for yourself, or you can eat in many restaurants nearby. Very suitable for two or three people in the family, must choose next time you go to Austin.

TTK—Good location in the downtown area. The hotel is new. You need to become a hotel member (register at the counter) to receive complimentary water, which I didn’t know on my first night. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t bother to explain that membership was required, even for something as basic as water, when I initially declined to register. Lastly, I found it hard to sleep at night due to the noise from the AC, as I’m very sensitive to sound. Overall, though, my experience was pretty good.

GGuest UserI LOVED this hotel: the location, the rooms (the bathroom tile was everything), my balcony. Very stylish boutique hotel, but also one of the lesser priced ones to stay in the area. I was able to easily walk to everything I wanted to do but would be a quick rideshare to tons of other stuff

GGuest UserConsistently lovely hotel with consistently good service. The juevos rancheros I ordered and had delivered to my room were incredibly good! And the coffee was nice and strong ….. glad I asked for extra cream and sugars ! Great location near the Arboretum stores and shops at the Domain . Also close to Whole Foods, H‑E‑B grocery store, Gateway movie theater, and lots of good restaurants, many within walking distance.. Large rooms, bathroom stocked with Aveda products. (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap for hands) was a very nice touch!
The only thing I didn’t like was they have recently started charging for self parking in their uncovered lot ….. I paid $20 on 1/31/24. I don’t like that at all. Just put the price in your room rate and say free parking!

GGuest UserThis company offers no in-site service. It took a total of three requests to get washcloths. The location was great. It was very clean. There was very little place to unpack, no dresser and no where to leave your suitcase open in th bedroom. We had to use the kitchen table to lay out our clothing. Booking through Airbnb.com would probably be a better option. Property is nice.

QQurda PiyahWatch out, if youre not a Hilton card member holder, they dont serve well. Only shampoo, conditioner and body wash they have at the bathroom, requested toothbrush at 8am and was told itll take 30mins as there was no housekeeping on duty. Also, we were stucked at the parking elevator as we head out.

Ccameron winkAbsolutely amazing resort! Restaurant, pool and spa, you never have to leave! The best part is easily the service though. They are always so great here and they definitely go above and beyond in their personal service to you the customer.
They have a great restaurant and bar! The food is good and the bars are always open and ready to serve!
My only complaint was it wasn’t busy and they closed the restaurant early….which I get but I almost felt like they rushed us out. However it was fine and we were happy to hit the other bar so the staff could go home since there were only two people there anyways.
