Holiday Inn Express & Suites AUSTIN DOWNTOWN - UNIVERSITY by IHG
"Check in is very confusing, the lobby is very hot, I ordered chocolate covered strawberries a few days ahead of time and I had to cancel them because of how long they were taking (checked in at 3, left for the evening around 6), parking is not reasonable at all and I was charged twice. Room was clean and front desk staff was friendly."
Thompson Austin, by Hyatt
"I’m very disappointed that I got asked for my cc and was charged again for the stay plus 150.00 more and don’t know why, I’m going to get in touch with management, this is unacceptable"
Holiday Inn AUSTIN-TOWN LAKE by IHG
"Facilities old but renovated, well-kept, clean, & friendly staffs. Comfortable bed, decent bathroom but windows could use more sound proofing as it is nearby freeway."
Citizenm Austin Downtown
"The location for work, and the check in process were super great and the fastest and friendly. The room was smaller than expected, but it was very different type of modern room we ever stayed in. The staff took care us for the courtesy late check out was super helpful for our work hours."
Hilton Garden Inn Austin University Capitol District
"The hotel charges a lot for valet parking but we used the parking garage next block and it only costed 10 dollars a night! The air conditioner was very loud, and came on and off from time to time."
Canopy by Hilton Austin Downtown
"It was clean, spacious and the service was friendly."
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin Airport
"Very clean, had everything we needed without having to call the front desk. Not even noisy either! Recommend this place!"

"Staff is helpful"
Four Seasons Hotel Austin
"Love this hotel! Have stayed numerous times for work trips and for leisure. Service is impeccable and the location is perfect. Rooms have been recently renovated and are very nice. The only thing that is somewhat subpar is the pool - it’s still great but not as nice as it could be especially when compared to so many other new hotels in downtown Austin. But the location and service help compensate for that!"
The Loren Hotel Austin
"Really beautiful boutique style hotel located in Downtown Austin. Very comfortable plush bed with robes and slippers. Nespresso coffee maker in the room with a full (paid) bar and snacks. Quiet and stylish with valet parking. All the staff were very polite and kind. We only stayed one quick night, but would recommend for a longer stay to fully enjoy all of the amenities."
Fairmont Austin
"Overall good experience"
Hilton Austin
"It was in a perfect location. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The room was extremely clean."
Austin Marriott Downtown
"The hotel has a good environment and convenient transportation, but there is no breakfast"
DoubleTree by Hilton Austin-University Area
"A bit of a dated hotel but great location and very clean!"
Hampton Inn & Suites Austin Downtown
"Centrally located, near a ton of cafes and restaurants as well as one of the main party streets"

"Could not fix the phone in my room and **** how hard is it to have my name on the tv i was told it was no big deal as they booked it to someone else it makes me feel like im not welcome there not a fan"
W Austin
The Westin Austin Downtown
"Big rooms but hallways and elevators were dirty. And there was a party in one of the rooms on our floor until 6am Monday morning.. people running up and down hallways, etc. Not ideal"
Renaissance Austin Hotel
"Consistently lovely hotel with consistently good service. The juevos rancheros I ordered and had delivered to my room were incredibly good! And the coffee was nice and strong ….. glad I asked for extra cream and sugars ! Great location near the Arboretum stores and shops at the Domain . Also close to Whole Foods, H‑E‑B grocery store, Gateway movie theater, and lots of good restaurants, many within walking distance.. Large rooms, bathroom stocked with Aveda products. (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap for hands) was a very nice touch! The only thing I didn’t like was they have recently started charging for self parking in their uncovered lot ….. I paid $20 on 1/31/24. I don’t like that at all. Just put the price in your room rate and say free parking!"
Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin
"Great place greaty location"
Super 8 by Wyndham Austin Downtown/Capitol Area
"The room is relatively clean and the location is good. But the overall environment is not very good. There are many big hotels around and the breakfast is very simple."
Best Western Plus Pflugerville Inn Suites
"Great customer service. Will definitely be going back."
Lakeway Resort and Spa
"The location, view and spa services were great! However, the room had an AC that would continually drip into the sink due to a build up of condensation and there were no streaming services. Overall, the hotel could use updates in the aesthetics and upkeep of the hotel in the rooms and dining area. Seems a little stuck in time. We expected more from a resort."
