The room is a suite with a very nice design. I like it. In the evening, we were served Tremella soup and some snacks, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was rich in variety and delicious, especially the pea rice noodles, which were delicious. But the management and details need to be improved: the air conditioning in the room was completely ineffective, so we asked the hotel to send a fan. The shower was very slow to get hot water, the water temperature was just not cold, not warm, you would definitely catch a cold if you took a bath in the bathtub; the service response was too slow, although the reason was explained, it could actually be adjusted. The second thing is the detailed hygiene of the room. There was obvious toothpaste foam from the previous guest's mouthwash in the mouthwash cup, and it was all dried up. The room is equipped with 2 bottles of mineral water. If you need more, you will be charged 5 yuan per bottle after the free 2 bottles. The weather is getting hotter and hotter. The room fee is close to 400 yuan, but you are charged for mineral water, which will make guests very resistant. Finally, if the staff can be more enthusiastic during the service, it will add points to the hotel. I hope these problems can be solved next time I come to live here.

From the moment we arrived our experience at Club Med was fantastic! The staff literally couldn’t do enough for you, Yulia was in contact prior to our stay asking if there was anything extra they could help with the (traveling with two children this is so helpful) The room was beautiful, spacious and clean with lovely views of the lake! The facilities were amazing, with so much entertainment for the kids, my little girl absolutely lovely all the activities and they staff were so so good with her, she even joined in the cabaret show which will be a moment I’ll treasure forever! The evening live singer was a treat too! The first day of our stay there was a private event meaning some restaurants were closed but Kathy, Vicky and Yulia did their upmost best to provide us to alternative food menu other than hotpot. The buffet the next night had everything, spoilt with choice! I can’t wait for club med to be our new weekend break, look forward to returning! My only piece of feedback would be some service around the pool area, to save having to go to the JoyBar for some day drinks!

You can see the sunflower in mid-June. Facilities: Quality of the room I have lived in Zen~ Many stores are online. Service: Kind, warm and very good Activities: I experienced morning exercises and picking small tomatoes. The experience is very good.
