The first time I encountered this kind of service, of course, the hotel did not give it, and we would not want it. In short, the waiter who answered the phone with a good attitude helped us carry the luggage and change the room, so I still gave the consumption.... The video is the sound of my room at 1 am, which is really unbearable for anxious patients... The environment is full, the service of the store manager is not satisfactory, and the other waiters are still great... Very nice property with amazing staff. Loved the location, very quiet and yet just a 5 min walk from centre. Lovely all day bf served at the villa. Would definitely visit again soon!
