الفطور في الفندق لايرتقي لفندق خمس نجوم لأن خيارات الأكل قليلة جدا وسعره جدا مرتفع على قلة تنوع الأكل فيه وكذلك الكاسات فيه مخدشة ولا تصلح للشرب فيها وكذلك صعوبة الوصول للفندق والطريق وعر وخطير

Классный отель, но не без минусов.
Плюсы:
-Локация отличная. Много пеших маршрутов от отеля вверх, красивый вид вокруг , в т.ч. из окна. Эстетика однозначно.
- Шикарный завтрак. Большой выбор, вкусно.
- Просторные номера.
- Детская комната и спа зона.
Минусы:
-Я не увидела этого в описании, отель халяльный и , соответственно, на территории нет никакого алкоголя. Поэтому кто хочет расслабиться с бокалом вином вечером - привозите с собой.
- Долго не могли найти наше предоплаченное бронирование.
- В номере лежала открытая пачка использованных ватных дисков + в шкафу висел один халат с ободранными петлями для пояса.
- Очень много насекомых в номере.
- Персонал приветливый частично, были очень доброжелательные работники, но были кто и откровенно общался как будто мы к ним в дом бесплатно заявились.
- Выбор в ресторане по меню маленький и ещё части блюд нет
Вывод: отель очень красивый, но на пару дней, больше можно соскучиться

Another fabulous stay at this small Family owned hotel. It’s set in the nature which feels like a real retreat away from the old town hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and the outdoor play areas. We didn’t really use the pool or sauna as we were exploring Sarajevo for most of our stay. Sunnyland is super close which we really enjoyed and the staff especially Faud was always on hand to help us if we needed anything. The spa lady was really sweet and overall my boys enjoyed their stay at Pino!

Wow! What a beautiful hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our short 3 nights stay so we’ve decided to book again for our whole family in Aug! The breakfast was good and the staff were so friendly. The grounds are stunning and it’s like a nice escape from the busy old town / central Sarajevo. Highly recommended hotel!

Il paesaggio e la struttura sono anche carini ma il personale ed il servizio sono improponibili e rendono il tutto spiacevole. Siamo stati 2 notti e abbiamo ordinato una bistecca da circa 30 euro specificando almeno 4 volte la cottura al sangue ma, nonostante avessero detto di aver capito, l'hanno portata stracotta. Abbiamo ordinato con il servizio in camera 3 volte ed ogni volta hanno applicato una maggiorazione per il servizio più alta di quella che ci avevano detto appena arrivati. Quando abbiamo chiesto, prima di ordinare la terza volta, ci hanno detto che la volta successiva avrebbero applicato un determinato costo per il servizio in camera (il 10%) salvo poi applicare il 20% senza avvisarci prima e rifiutandosi di rimborsarci la differenza.

Exceptional location in terms of the surrounding natural environment, this is the only hotel in the area, so you have a feeling that you are surrounded by a forest snd this is the only hotel there for miles around…nice if you are craving an escape into nature…
