"Absolutely horrible customer service! I sent my clients to this hotel as part of a tour of Greece that I put together for them. They were booked in the Seaview Suite and upon arrival in the room found that the room was infested with bugs. They immediately asked for their room to be changed and the hotel moved them but to a regular room with no view like they paid for. When they asked about a refund they were told to talk to their travel agent. When we contacted the hotel they blew us off and said it was your clients choice to change rooms and we will not refund anything. So I guess my clients choice was to sleep in a bug infested room or settle for something much less than what they paid for. We do a lot of travel for clients to Greece and this hotel will never be recommended by our agency. We pride ourselves on providing our clients a memorable vacation and apparently this hotel could care less about their guests!"

"Amazing villa. Breathtaking view. Incredible host! We stayed at naxos rock villas as a family of 4 for 5 nights in early October. The experience was wonderful. Spyros was an excellent host. He checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed and answered any questions we had about the villa and naxos. They kept the fridge stocked with great breakfast options. I highly recommend. We will return!!"

"We were booked into this hotel by tour operator Wingbuddy out of Canada. We were to be booked in 4 star or better accommodations throughout our travels in Greece. This was in NO SHAPE OR FORM A 4 STAR PROPERTY even though it calls itself one! We were shown to our room by George ( the owner , apparently) who complained about carrying our luggage because he had heart problems. The room was run down looking with mismatched furniture with rusty legs & saggy beds. It smelled musty. I noticed immediately there were several spiders on the ceiling. The bathroom had mold and mildew in the shower & dead bugs on the wall that the last occupant had killed presumably. There were dozens of tiny ants roaming around in the bathroom & main area. We asked for a different room & were shown one that was nearly identical but wasn't cleaned or made up. There were no other room available they said. We had no choice but to stay in the original room. The included breakfast was of poor quality & subpar. Coffee, other than the cappuccino from the bar, was undrinkable as was the orange juice that was grainy & weak &tasted like it came from a mix. Hot breakfast items such as eggs were all ice cold. There were flies crawling over other buffet choices. The grounds were not well kept & was in poor repair. Loose had railings & broken tiles on stairs were safety issues & the pool had a green algae ring around it. Some of the loungers around the pool were in poor condition and broken. Leaves & bits of garbage had accumulated by stairs & wasn't cleaned up. This hotel is also in a poor location. There is a bus stop close outside but you need to take the bus to get anywhere. It was dangerous to walk on the narrow road out past it. As 2 females travelling , we did not feel comfortable or safe at this hotel. When we requested to moved to another hotel, our tour operator was assured we were in a superior suite with an unrestricted ocean view by the hotel. What a joke! Absolutely not what we received. We never saw one happy looking guest there the whole time we were there. Avoid staying here!"

"The stay was exceptional from personal pick up from the ferry, to the beautiful property, the outstanding breakfasts and incredible family team that cared for us. The property was very Greece and was clean and well kept. I’ll recommend it to everyone it know."

"this experience was perfect the whole staff was very attentive catering to our every need the hotel has an amazing view and the walk down to the beach is about 25 min or a less than 5 min drive it was not hard to drive to either at first we were scared to rent a car but were able to get around pretty nicely which parking always available the owner Nikki goes above and beyond and is truly fantastic the rooms where spacious and very clean no complaints everything was how it was pictured"

"Absolutely amazing stay this hotel was welcoming from the time we arrived to the time we left. The rooms were huge we had a pool view and it was fantastic they were so quiet and dark. The pool was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was provided- eggs, bread, cereal, pastries, water cooler and juice. Great coffee machine. It was a 20 minute lazy stroll into the nearest town which had great beach, restaurants, bars and everything you could need. And a 10 to 15 min taxi ride to Chora and ferry port. Bus travel also available .100% recommend this hotel"

"Very nice villa but nothing to store your clothes except hangers...you open your suitcase in the living room... Noisy atmosphere, you can hear the neighbors very (too) well... Inside, the fridge also makes noise, the cupboard is lit, even at night, the curtains are not sufficiently blackout, the bed did not have a box spring, in short, difficult nights, waking up very early.... the swimming pool is too cold to be used in October, we try the jacuzzi but located on the "wind" side, fortunately there are bathrobes for going out... do not book a car through the hotel, it is 30% more expensive, you can easily find it in the neighboring village, where you can also find a plethora of very nice taverns. And I forget the soap and the towel that we don't know where to put in the tiny bathroom. On the other hand, the breakfast and the lady who takes care of it are top notch!"

"I had to cancel my trip to Greece due to unforeseen circumstances, but the host was completely inflexible and refused to offer any refund. This rigid policy caused financial stress and ruined my plans. Such unprofessionalism harms Greek tourism. If you have the option, choose a host who is more professional and not just money-hungry. Avoid this Airbnb for a better travel experience."
