"Absolutely horrible customer service! I sent my clients to this hotel as part of a tour of Greece that I put together for them. They were booked in the Seaview Suite and upon arrival in the room found that the room was infested with bugs. They immediately asked for their room to be changed and the hotel moved them but to a regular room with no view like they paid for. When they asked about a refund they were told to talk to their travel agent. When we contacted the hotel they blew us off and said it was your clients choice to change rooms and we will not refund anything. So I guess my clients choice was to sleep in a bug infested room or settle for something much less than what they paid for. We do a lot of travel for clients to Greece and this hotel will never be recommended by our agency. We pride ourselves on providing our clients a memorable vacation and apparently this hotel could care less about their guests!"

"Just had an unforgettable stay at Naxos Rock Villa! This secluded private villa offers fantastic views and a truly serene atmosphere. The owner, John, was exceptionally kind and generous, regularly surprising us with local sweets and wine. His restaurant recommendations were spot on every time. Highly recommend this gem for a perfect Naxos getaway!"

"Terrible place to stay! I know they had a busy season but being in October we expected way better than this! Staff was unfriendly and the rooms were dirty and had lots of bugs in it! The first room they offered us smelled so bad we asked for another on the spot! Checked under the bed because the rollers on the bed were not blocked so it moved all over the place! Ton of dirt and old socks under there! Did not feel comfortable sleeping and not safe! The food was terrible and i got sick although it may have been a coincidence but felt sick there the whole 3 Days! Asked for coffee in the morning and was told to wait cause machine was not plugged in yet when they were Open! If you walk into the little village it’s great food and that is where we went always! No sidewalks to walk there and streets are very norrow and dangerous! Not safe at night! Would never recommend this Hotel to anyone and it is in the middle of nowhere! Really not a Palace!!"

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The owner kindly provided complimentary transfers from the airport to the hotel and later from the hotel to the port, which was a lovely and much-appreciated gesture. The hotel is located in the beautiful Stelida area. We recommend renting a car for your stay if you plan to explore the island, as buses are not very frequent. The property is stunning and feels newly renovated. The rooms are spotless, cleaned daily, and everything is impeccably maintained. The pool area is beautiful, with large comfortable sunbeds, a stylish atmosphere, and a pool that’s deep enough to enjoy a proper swim. What truly makes this place special is the people. It feels like a family-run hotel, and everyone makes you feel genuinely welcome. The bartender is incredibly kind, always greeting guests with a smile, offering delicious complimentary treats, and happily helping with anything you need. The owners are equally warm, attentive, and always go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Breakfast was outstanding. Every morning we were served a different homemade breakfast with generous individual portions. There was plenty of variety, and the coffee was made exactly the way we liked it. The location is also great. A quiet, more natural beach is just a two-minute walk away, while a beautiful sandy beach perfect for swimming and relaxing is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Thank you for making our seven-night stay so memorable. Naxos is an amazing island, and this hotel is a place we would happily return to again."

"I would like to highlight the excellent service I received from all the staff, both in the restaurant—the food was very good, and the service was outstanding and attentive. It's a beautiful place near the beach with good transport links. They were very accommodating in providing us with a room and all the necessary amenities."

"I really wanted to love this hotel. It had all the ingredients to be exceptional, but somehow it fell just short. The view is simply majestic and is, without doubt, the hotel’s greatest asset. The two infinity pools perched high on the hillside offer breathtaking panoramic views that are truly unforgettable. We could have spent hours just soaking it all in. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. However, we were travelling with our daughter, and while a third bed was provided, it was extremely hard—more like sleeping on a slab of concrete than a proper bed. The breakfast ordering system also felt unnecessarily cumbersome. Guests are required to fill out a paper form the day before and nominate a specific breakfast time. It removes the spontaneity of waking up and deciding when you’d like to eat, which doesn’t feel very luxurious. It’s also worth noting that Naxos can be very windy in June, and because the hotel sits at the highest point on the hill, the wind is amplified. While the elevated position creates those incredible views, it can make relaxing by the pool less enjoyable on windy days. Finally, you really do need a car if you stay here. The hotel also has a beachfront sister property, Virtu Suites, which would be a better option if you prefer to walk to restaurants and the beach without hiring a vehicle. You won’t get the spectacular hilltop views, but you’ll gain convenience. Overall, this is a hotel with an extraordinary setting and moments of real magic, but it lacks the refinement and sophistication that would elevate it from very good to truly exceptional."

"Our family spent 2 full weeks in the Mediterranean hotel and all I can say is this is paradise ! The hotel is very quiet and well located . The rooms were huge and clean, the sea views from the terrace and from the pool are really beautiful . The huge pool is so relaxing and clean, the kids spent hours playing in it. Buffet breakfast was delicious, and most of all Vicky and her team are amazingly helpful and nice, feels like family !! We will definitely go back !!"

"Strengths: - great cleanliness - excellent breakfast, even if only internally and not outside - great silence Weaknesses: - awful location: any view and very poor and shabby surroundings - staff kind but totally unreliable and not competent (I.e. “you should not book for the restaurant!” and if we have followed this advise we would have never eaten outside in the evening) - normally when you leave after 10 days the staff would thank you: in this case the reception was closed at 8:45am. - by far too expensive compared to the services offered. Overall we would never ever suggest this location to any friend, despite that we loved Naxos and there are many other nice hotels, with a much better price/quality ratio"

"Lovely place. We took the house with the swimming pool which dominates everything from above. 5 fabulous days. Coming back from the sea and taking a swim at sunset is priceless. If you are looking for an enchanting, romantic place with privacy....this is the right place."
