Quick stop for lunch in #Olomouc at the delicious bakery & eatery called #LongStoryShort. The walk into the bakery is a lush, green landscape of ivy & trees & plants. I had #steaktartare and a pan-seared fish called Zander (not his name; type of #fish similar to #Walleye. Everything was amazing & I would eat here again. @longstoryshorteaterybakery #FudaForThought #czechrepublic #czechrestaurant

This hostel has a gorgeous restaurant! Original and innovative dishes, great service and lovely atmosphere. A must stop while in Olomouc. We loved the variety of food available as we were a little tired of meat and potatoes. The menu is innovative and fresh - the service was perfect. We had such a nice, romantic night here. Try the cheese plate!

The food was amazing. Everything was really well prepared with good flavours and pretty plaiting. Highly recommend having some pastry as a dessert, my Paris-Brest was phenomenal. Service was also excellent and the courtyard looked really inviting.

Very nice restaurant with genius loci (design hostel nearby), perfect for couples and drinks, place by the bar or right side much better then left side (little colder atmosphere), reservation needed in advance! Story drink my favorite. Also great wines and food options. The only strange taste was the filtered water - salty, unusual smell - avoid it.

After a very pleasant evening walkabout in Olomouc, my colleague took us to the Long Story Short restaurant "because the bread is good there"! We didn't just eat bread! We enjoyed Borscht, slow roasted knuckle of pork, cheese cake with white chocolate and ended with espresso. Delicious from start to finish.

The name caught our attention, so we popped in for a quick lunch. Wow, this place is great! Even the iced tea was memorable. The daily special pasta was delicious, as was the salad made with ingredients from their own garden. The service was prompt and friendly, and the setting is sublime.
