From the moment I booked our 4 night stay to the moment we departed our host was so attentive to every detail. From ensuring we were in the most suitable room to cooking amazing breakfasts to order and providing a beautiful spread each morning to helping us navigate the local area everything was perfect. He checked with us each day but also gave us space to relax. It was a lovely stay in Stirling and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

From the moment we arrived, Stuart made us feel incredibly welcome at Ravenwood. His warmth and hospitality were exceptional throughout our stay. Breakfast was a real treat, with a fantastic selection of Scottish specialties, including haggis, black pudding, and the most delicious artisan bread. He also provided excellent recommendations for local places to visit, including the Birds and Bees, which was just a short and pleasant walk from the guest house. Our room was cozy and comfortable, making it the perfect base for our first few days exploring Scotland. We couldn't have asked for a better introduction to this beautiful country!"

Lovely room with very comfy bed, coffee facilities in the bedroom. Great selection for breakfast, poached eggs cooked to perfection. Great location, a short walk into town centre and Stirling castle. Stuart was very helpful, great host.

Absolutely loved our stay at this guest house. We were arriving late and Stuart made sure we had clear instructions about keys and our room beforehand. When we arrived, our room door was open, with the bedside lights on and the heating on, nice touch. Stuart knocked on our door and introduced himself. Our room was beautiful, the attention to detail is unbelievable from the toiletries to the Tunnocks Teacakes. Our room was quiet, bed comfy and the shower was powerful. Breakfast is pre ordered the night before, it's is all locally produced and the bread home made. Lots of choice from fruit, cereal pastries. The big Scottish breakfast is amazing! Stuart is a wonderful host, highly recommend. Took the time to find out if we needed dinner reservations and was on hand to offer advice. Thank you Stuart for a wonderful stay, we will be back.

Stu is a super cool guy and very helpful in recommending restaurants and places to go. Location was very central and an easy walk to town and local attractions. Breakfast were awesome! Would absolutely recommend for a place to stay in Sterling.

We had a lovely stay with Stuart at Ravenswood. Good location a short walk from Stirling Old Bridge, handy for the Wallace Monument and a frequent bus service passes outside. Stuart was cheerful, friendly and helpful and reserved a table for us for dinner at a popular local pub, and kindly lent us an umbrella when the weather was unsettled one of the days we were there. The room was quiet and clean and everything worked. We will definitely stay again on a future visit.
