衞生：乾淨衞生，打掃的很認真。
環境：周邊很熱鬧，附近有一條街前台小姐姐推薦的街道都是吃飯的。

環境：樓下有火鍋店燒烤店超市，還有個KTV，公交站也在樓下去商務區騎小電驢十幾分鍾就到了，比較方便
